hotel lobby is too busy too many people very public environment too impersonal concierge very poor service
Helpful staff Near buzzing Shinjuku centre Comfortable beds Great views
Restaurants in the hotel pricy
Porter Service Exceptional Restaurant Staff Great Location Excellent
Check in staff who are suppose to give the first impression were a let down due to unfriendly manners
A great place to stay in Tokyo, convenient to public transport. The concierge staff excellent, when I tried to book limousine bus to Narita. They checked every detail of my flight and advised me that correct airport is haneda.
The bed not so comfortable with very flimsy blanket.
Very good help from the staff. They speak very good English. Have a very pleasant stay.
Carpets seemed a bit worn and could be upgraded.
Close to the Shinjuku station and shopping area
Customer service and cleanliness is excellent. Will stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.
Found the bed a bit too firm. Guess most beds in Asia are fairly hard.
Great view from the room. We got an upgrade, that was lovely. Roomservice exelent. Easy access to the metro.
Transportation : limousine airport stop in front of hotel
Poor sleep: bed, noisy
The space and facility in the room is ok
The air cond is not ok and check in process takes so long time , I have to wait them prepare documentation just like they don't prepare in advance
Location, efficient, good value
Paying to use pool!
Good location good staff
Room Comfortable bed Cleanness
The variety of breakfast choices at the Tea Room (Ground Floor) is limited.
Location is very good. In spite of it being a very large hotel doesn't come across as such. Very friendly staff.
The Club Lounge offers little in the way of snacks.
Conceirge service goes the xtra mile for beat dining experience. Just ask
Professional hotel service
Location is superb, room is spacious and service is excellent from Front Desk to Housekeeper.
Rooms at main tower
The reception and the manager could not change the breakfast voucher to Japanese breakfast. I would invite their family to have breakfast to the meals they don't like to eat
Centralised location in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Easily assessible via train network. Very comfortable hotel. Value for money!
The location is good, close to transport hubs.
Old facilities and not so helpful staff as expected. Do not know if it is true that they allocate poor rooms to the guests who book through booking.com
fantastic views kindness of the people welcome easy location
This huge hotel is very well located, good value for money. Service is excellent. Highly recommended.
Paying $20 for a swim! Queues at Breakfast
The hotel was very central to shopping, a whole range of restaurants and cafes and the train stations.
We had a midnight flight out of Tokyo and the hotel's no extension policy on the room put a bit of a damper on our last day in Tokyo.
Location; only 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Walking distance to Isetan, Takashamaya, Keio Plaza, lots of shopping options! Food: The sushi restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Expensive but amazing
Luxe Lounge is not very Luxe, you can have coffee and a pastry, view is quite nice but not the kind of club access that you would expect at a 5 start hotel. Rooms are nice but nothing special, good size for japan but beds were not that comfortable. (we stayed in the newly renovated South Wing) Room service was not very impressive, experience and food not great.
