Khaosan Tokyo NinjaKhaosan Tokyo Ninja is located in a quite area of Tokyo just 2 minutes walk from the subway station and 10 minutes walk from the JR station. From there everything is reachable. The location of the hostel is very good. Also the atmosphere, the facilities (bed, kitchen and wifi) were good. The staff is helpfull. Everything was good. A good price/quality offer!
The staff are the best people you will ever meet!! The bed was comfortable and a very nice common area for everybody to hang out.
+ good hostel mood, + friendly personnel, + location.
The staff was great and being in Khaosan's makes u meet greet people
Near JR station
No elevator and laundry service in the hostel. There is laundry service near hostel but quite expensive with too big capacity and closed at 9 pm
Great price! The "capsule" bunk beds were great too -- tons of privacy unlike most hotels at this price range. Overall a very fun place to stay.
Only two complaints, both minor. First, my bed was on the top floor whereas my storage locker was on the fourth. This was a bit inconvenient. The keypads to enter both floors were also a bit difficult to use (just input everything FAST or it won't work)
Friendly staff, so happy and helpful Communication was easy Facilities are modest but priced to suit Everything is clean and working A great location 1min walk from the train station
nothing, Khaosan Ninja ichi-ban!
Very good location for JR pass holders. Close to three JR stadion. Beds like boxes for more privacy. Clean. Nice staff.
Location is very good...
The room smells... Please open the room, especially the private room regularly, even though when it is unoccupied.
Staff were friendly and gave great service. Very clean and well maintained. I stayed with my 11 year old daughter and she liked the hostel to.
u can cook with their provided kitchen
some guest gets food of other guest in kitchen ref
Good value for money
Very small room, we barely fit our two bags in there
Friendly and helpful staff and the location is just perfekt to travel around Tokyo.
Good price Helpful staff
Hard to find
Fantastic customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile for customers. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there.
The hostel was extremely easy to find considering its unusual exterior design/wallpaper. There's wifi in the room and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Our room smelled bad and the comforter smelled, too. It seems that like they rarely wash them. Even the room freshener was not enough to mask the bad odor of the room
Location - Close proximity to the train station.
Small size of the room - a bit too crammed for 4 person and belongings No elevator
Its quite far when u walk direct from Akihabara as I use JR pass. The nearby station can't use JR pass. Overall is very good but partition could need more sound insulation as i stay in capsule dorm and its quite noisy abit. I love the stay here alot
Improve on noise insulation for capsule
Staff very friendly
nice common room good beds decent room size (private twin)
bathroom was a bit hot, only 2 showers on our floor
