Staff were friendly and helpful Rooms were clean
Private bathroom very small Paying for towels
The staffs are friendly, they can speak english well and give useful information like where to dine and place of interest. The area a quite strategic where nearby the train, Asakusa market, shopping center and etc. Got facilities like kitchen, cold and hot drink vending machine, self service laundry, wifi. I remember they also got activities like making takoyaki (but we not join in)
The futon (bed) are very dusty. The wifi is very slow cause of so many other guest using at the same time.
Communal breakfast area with all facilities, helpful and cheerful staff, good location.
Limited cutlery and crockery available during busy breakfast time.
The room did not turn out to be.
Great location, great price, good facilities!
We couldnt stay longer! Haha
Very good hostel near from subway line. With friendly staff. Quiet place.
Wifi in room was better in the toilet than in the bed places...
Staff is very nice Pantry is ok Shared bathroom is cleaness
The room is too small for 6 beds Need to setup bed by yourself It's quite far away from downtown
Very friendly staff, close to all important places in Asakusa, clean, very good common areas like kitchen and living / bar room.
Travelling guide in Tokyo from hotel is very helpful for us. Friendly young staff service. Location is quite good.
No Towel, need to rent
Friendliness of staff Location Kitchen and Laundry facilities excellent
Lukewarm showers Lack of chairs for room No towels unless you hire them
good location and have share kitchen that can cooking.
Hard to cancellation or any change. They give the period of free cancellation too short. I've booked in July and plan to rest at end of Oct. But they give the period of free change/cancel at the end of september. Not similar to other hotel which can free cancel before arrival about 3 days.
- Comfier beds than the other Asakusa room
Cleanliness & common kitchen
The staff is great and all spoke English very well. The shared bedroom is very comfortable with shower and toilet. Common areas are clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Good location, close enough to subways.
No wi-fi in the bedrooms.
Kitchen in dining room
In quadruple room, Toilet. In. Room is under japanese standard. Shower room is very cold.
Location, friendly & helpful staff (except for 1 guy on the night shift), comfortable ambience, nice cozy & big bed. There's also quite a few convenient stores, a supermarket and a 24hr shopping mall nearby.
One of the guys on night shift was not very friendly, shows reluctance to help. Wifi in the room was not very stable.
Staffs are helpful enough with their ready smiles
Dim Lightings and poor wifi in the rooms
- Cleanliness of shared toilets. - Free rental umbrellas.
- The hostel located near the subway (Tsubaki) but it is not a major subway line. You need to find out more about this subway line.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel really clean and the staff were so friendly, yet if you wanted to go out everything was on the door step. I will be back for my next Japan trip.
Free: Wifi Coffee, tea Left luggage till 10 pm Helpful staff
Some noisy guests late at night
nice to sleep in a Japanese style room. we were two sisters visiting Tokyo together with our mother, who also loved sleeping on the floor. nice atmosphere in the common areas
far from the metro stop (the stop close by is for a line that tourists don't need and for which metro or JR passes are not valid)
Our family really loved our stay here. It was in a great part of Asakusa. Just near Tawaramachi station and right outside Tsukuba express Asakusa station. The Futons were good and the room although a cosy reformed 'love hotel' it was a really cool atmosphere and other travellers were respectful and nice.
There is no bath which is the quintessential wind-down tool for a busy day. Even a small one. Our room had one, but it was part of the living room and was evidence of the reformed 'love hotel'
Very good hostel, very clean and quite quiet. Very friendly people on the reception desk.
The location, the facilities, the staff, everything.
The wifi signal was poor inside my room.
everything ok. i like it
just 1 thing...far from station (20 Min walk)
