The location is perfect!

The facilities is rather old

The stuffs are very friendly. Sight from the room is good.

The hotel seems old (1980's style), but it also makes the room interesting. No restaurant or convenience store nearby.

Location next to the nijo castle. got free parking at the hotel. Simple and old rooms, but value for money

Convenient to subway system and local sightseeing. Also close to excellent restaurants.

It is in a good part of the city, but not a subway stop away from the main train station (Kyoto station) which was not so easy with a luggage. The room was very nice, with Japanese style curtains, nice bad and nice bathroom. There was also a kettle though no tea bags. Free wi-fi in the lobby. Helpful service, but they are not very good in English.

No English channels or I could not find them. There was some stain underneath the sheets that I noticed when I was trying to undo the tucked sheets.

Rooms are clean, spacious. Located close to subway but not so convenient since there is no direct bus line to the main Kyoto sightseeing points.

Hotel rooms are getting old, poor maintenance. The bed seems to be used more than 10 years, no supporting.

The location was very appealing - close to transport & food outlets & right opposite Nijo castle. The staff were very helpful. The garden was very pretty and the public areas attractive. The bathroom was good & the shower was excellent.

The room is small but adequate. We did have the cheapest ones though. The pillows were awful. One was so flat that it was a joke to call it a pillow. It would be good to add a spoon to the tea tray for westerners. The carpet was threadbare.

Good location to Nijo Castle. Free parking is great.

I like the Japanese style of the hotel room. It is very conveniet for traffic and the price is very nice.

Hotel is located in the heart of Kyoto, near Nijo-jo castle, Room was comparatively large and comfortable. There are two types of restaurants for breakfest: european and japonease.Kind staff.

Poor english. Internet connection was not stable

Very good big international hotel with free parking. Very close to center. Clean and functional.

Friendly Helpful Staffs and Ideal Location

With the price we payed we got great value. The hotel looks and feels like a 4 star place. It's relatively close to the main sights in down town Kyoto. Metro station is just a few steps away. I don't recommend eating at the hotel because the prices of the restaurants seemed to be high, but we did not try them so can't comment on the value. There is a nice small cafe just beside the main entrance with cheap breakfast.

位置好，正对二条城，交通便利。服务态度好，耐心亲切。

房间内没有wifi，仅此美中不足。

清潔で設備も整っていてとても快適でした。

市の中心に位置しながらも、二条城など史跡があり静穏な場所にあり、１週間くらい滞在しても落ち着いて生活- ができる。 今回は、４連泊ということで大きめなツインルームを確保してもらい快適に過すことができた。 スタッフの配慮も行き届いており申し分ない。

El hotel es muy lindo y las habitaciones muy espaciosas, muy amplia y bien decorada, un estilo antiguo tal vez pero todo de primera, con una linda vista a la ciudad, el hotel esta frente al castillo Nijo, y a media cuadra de una estación de metro y a 2 minutos de una parada de buses (muy útil con el day pass) El baño era genial, con todo lo necesario (ah! Hombres abstenerse de usar las máquinas de afeitar que deja el hotel, son pésimas). Cómo la mayoria de los hoteles en Japón, contaba con hervidor y nevera (vacía para guardar lo que quieran). No probamos el desayuno porque era muy caro, pero cerca hay varios lugares para tomar uno más económico, les recomiendo El Colorado, a solo pasos del hotel.

El hotel puede resultar un poco caro si no pillan una buena oferta, ya que es un 4 estrellas, yo tomé una por booking, que de lo contrario me habría salido salado. 100% recomendable

Nous avions effectuer une réservation plusieurs mois à l'avance et au check-in, ils nous annoncent qu'il n'y a plus de chambre double non- smoking de disponible ! Nous avons du batailler ferme pour finalement avoir une chambre non-smoking avec des lits séparés. L'hotel ne possède même pas de laundry accessible aux résidents, le seul lavoir automatique se trouvait à 10 min à pieds. Personnel peu accueillant, lobby sombre. C'était le seul hôtel un peu chic de notre séjour et nous avons été très déçu

Está muy cerca de la estación de metro Nijojomae.

Está un poco lejos de la estacion JR Nijo.

Cet établissement propose un sevice de haute qualité: - Personnel toujours à votre écoute - Massage en chamnbre pour un pris très raisonable - Très bons restaurants - Un personnel d'une extème gentillesse De plus, il est très bien placé pour découvrir en bus et métro tous les sites touristiques de Kyoto.

Pas de Wi-fi dans les chambres.

Serviable - aimable - propretè - confort

Pas de WIFI dans les chambres, obliger de occuper le hall de l'hôtel !
