smaller room for 3 people. Smoky smell.
The location is hard to beat as it's just a couple minutes from Kyoto Station. Also, there's a super market across the street.
It is crazy-expensive for what you get, but it was the only option in the whole prefecture with a vacancy... Something they must have known when setting the prices. The bathroom is very cramped, and the shower leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to water pressure and direction. They still use old room keys attached to large plastic rods, so you feel like you're headed to a gas station bathroom every time you go to your room.
Access to various location via bus & subway.
Room too small...
Good location although tricky to find without asking someone.
We found the staff to be very rude and facilities disappointing for the price we paid. Will never be going back.
Room too small
Location. Near to kyoto station.
Cannot find it on the maps put up at kyoto station
Access to Kyoto Station and Nara Line
Although the brunch was overall very good, the bread is white and unhealthy
location is good
the room is quite expensive, the room is very small, i couldn't even open my suitcase.
Room sound insulation is very bad , and toilet is too small
Near to the supermarket; 5-10 mins to Kyoto station
The location is convenient but the name of the hotel is misleading as there is another Kyoto Tower nearby. We went to the wrong one.
The toilet reek of urine smell. I had to use water to wash the toilet floor to get rid of the urine smell.
Near JR and bus terminal. Not far from Yodobashi. Train in Kyoto does not take you to all the interesting attractions. Bus can. This hotel is close to both. I am quite happy.
the staff was very friendly and competent the beds very good room and bathroom were very clean
the size of the room
Used luggage delivery service from Kansai airport to hotel as I was going directly to Universal Studio. Staff helped to move my luggage directly to my room. On the day I check-out, staff again helped to arrange for delivery of luggage to next hotel in Osaka and called the Osaka hotel to expect delivery. Just round the corner from Kyoto Station, across from a supermarket.
Bathroom is very tiny & compact. Room too small to have 3 beds. No closet, just a tiny 1x5 ft hole in the wall near door.
Relatively large room, with comfortable large bed. Very clean. Good for travellers, Kyoto station and bus station are are very near. Food shopping and dining facilities nearby.
Polite, nice staff with excellent English. Silent rooms are large enough and comfortable. Very near to Kyoto Station and bus station.
Kind and polite staff with excellent English. Room large comparing with other Japanese properties, clean, comfortable, lift available. Luggage can be left behind after check-out.
Less than 5 minute stroll to Kyoto Station that connected us to everywhere, everything was well organized for you & you can mail your big suitcases from the reception to your next hotel, excellent service & facilities, international standard, nice beds that were bigger than in the photos.
Room was a little crammed with the bed taking up most of the space so could not use the desk with chair but nothing major.
View from bedroom of Kyoto Tower Convenient for station, bus station and modern shopping centre Good WiFi in room
No medium price breakfast available only expensive buffet
The bed is toooooo small and hard.
near to the train station
bed was too hard
The staff very friendly & helpful, clean room & towels everyday. Thank you to the staff at the hotel
Room small, very tiny bathroom.
View from from room is excellent.
Very small toilet and small room for three people.

Hotel quite old, but we knew it and payed for it. Room next to ours had noisy gests, maybe staff should monitore it, but we didnt complained.
