Great size separate full beds. Very comfortable.
Liked it all!
Nice, clean room and a good location with many restaurants and cafés in the area, if you don´t use the breakfast option.
Location was great and friendliness of staff. WiFi worked like a charm.
Our bathroom was tiny and felt like you're in a boat. it was bearable though.
Room was much bigger than I expected for the price in Tokyo. Close enough to a train station (Shinjuku San-chome)
easy location to move around. great value for money. great location for meeting friends and family. quiet
restaurant food was not so good
I loved everything about the hotel!
Double bed n all I needed, wifi was good!
Well nothing really
Good location, attentive and English speaking staff, good amenities and value for money hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful Room was good Close to restaurants etc.
It was a quiet neighborhood.
I could not control the air conditioning as much as I would have liked. The room was never cool enough.
The location is very good.
The room was pretty small, but I imagine that for a city like Tokyo, this may be the standard for that price. There was a lot of dust in the corner and behind the TV, but in the morning I saw the cleaner and I told her.. They cleaned everything perfectly !
Service, location and cleanness
Quite small room
Very close to every location
Quite small room
Comfortable. Reasonably quiet. A few convenience stores nearby. Well suited for business trips.
It is about 15-20 minutes walk from JR Shinjuku station. If you have luggage, you might be better off taking a taxi.
The location in Shinjuku, a 5-minute walk from the awesome park and the bars is great. The rooms are very decent and great value considering the location. Dedicated wi-fi routers in every room is a very nice plus.
The station is about 10-15 minutes away and quite a few streets to cross, which can be time-consuming. The hotel is not that easy to find at first.
This is my 2nd time at this hotel, and as the last time, everything is perfect. Good isolation, away from the street, 15min straight forward walk from shinjuku, friendly staff and everything you need! During this trip we had to change rooms because of availability(something we did ourselves on booking.com, not by the hotel), so my review is posted twice with the exact same text and score.

Staffs are very helpful
Excellent value for money. Helpful staff. Good breakfast
Rooms should have been bigger
Japanese capsule hotel experience with good "spa" facilities
Must check in and out daily
very good location,ok room size, didnt really use the wifi of the hotel so I dont know about that,it was available though, very close to shinjuku station, quiet area, and when we needed anything, they were accomodating
the only thing i could point out is as said on other reviews that it is an old hotel therefore it looks it,also the view was a building but I dont really count that in cons as you dont really go on a trip for the hotel room view
Super fast WIFI due to own Router in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Room gets cleaned everyday around 12 o'clock. Quiet rooms although in the busy city of Tokyo.
Room is very small and has barely space to stow the bags. Water cooker is very old and slow. Window can only be opened to a certain angle so getting fresh air in the room can take a while. There are only Japanese TV channels available, also video on demand only in Japanese. The location of the hotel is far from Shinjuku station and around 15 minutes from Shinjuku sanchome, also far from mostt tourist attractions around Shinjuku town.
Impressive customer service ... I dropped my one-tooth partial in the sink's overflow hole & never expected to see it again. But, the hotel's maintenance guy retrieved it... Can't imagine how long it took him to do that! I offered him a good tip (the partial costs US$$$$) but no amount of persuasion would make him accept my gratuity offer. He said, "It's my pleasure to be of service."
Kind of hard to find...but so are most addresses in Tokyo
The floor carpet was a little bit dirty
