The bus driver who took us from the airport to the hotel in the evening was pretty rough with our luggage. The hotel could really benefit from a good renovation, it is somewhat early 90's upper middle class, which doesn't translate well to today.
Located about 10 minutes drive to Narita Airport, good place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The hotel was quite spacious and the rooms equally so. The bed was a little firm, but the pillows were great. If you're arriving late, be aware the main restaurant upstairs closes at 10pm, but there is a convenience store and a downstairs 'snack' restaurant serving pizza, fried chicken, and other simple stuff, both open til 11pm (last order 10.30pm). Despite the negatives I've posted, I'll definitely stay here again.
