Staff was very polite. Was able to drop off luggage early and felt like they tried hard to ensure I was satisfied. Wireless internet did not work perfectly.

good location, just above Kariya JR station, little bit far from Nagoya JR station, about 20 mins by train, breakfast included front desk people know very little English, very simple breakfast

駅から、そのまま入れて便利です。 ビジネスマンを対象としているのでしょうがないと思いますが、部屋が狭く、圧迫感を感じた。 朝食の案内が、分かりにくく、部屋で確認できるかと思ったが何も無かった（気付かなかっただけかもしれませ- ん）。

Very good & convenient location, it's just next to the train station. It include breakfast too, really value for money. It takes about 15-20 mins to travel to Nagoya. There is also a big supermart across the street. There is also a nice Japanese restaurant at level 2 that serve good food and the price is very reasonable. Room is slightly smaller but with this price it's consider very reasonable. Internet and breakfast, if could be improved that would be even better.
