The service and staffs are excellents The Bedroom is very very but very small for the price and moreover they don't offer you anything to drink or eat. For the same price or half-price, The others hotels offer you either the breakfast or something to drink. In my opinion, this is only for one category persons: only rich people. |

Clean & comfy room (super-queen-bedroom), view to Mt Fuji, modern design, convenient location, adjoining part of urban residential neighbourhood to the west, and present of churches around it! buffet dinner at the all-day dining was expensive (more than S$90/= per person); we would be eating more meals there if the price is significantly lower. |

It's convenient and easy access to the subway and train station, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Shopping complexes, food outlets, convenient store are just next to the hotel. |

The staff were overwhelmingly helpful. The front desk staff and the concierge were extremely helpful in everything I needed for my business trip. It is a little far out if you have meetings in the city |

All the staff are very helpful and polite. Room is very clean and English newspaper given to us everyday. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is just next to Ikebukuro Station. The food at the hotel cafe is expensive. Better to eat elsewhere outside the hotel. Some English channels in the room TV would be better. |

Location was excellent, staff very helpful and polite.Rooms were nice and clean. 24hrs stores nearby,many shops and eateries nearby.Macdonals,a short walk away, provide good value for b'fast.Hotel even provided umbrellas for guest when it was raining, overall a very pleasant expreience |

The subway station is just a stone thrown away and lots of shopping malls and eateries The economy double room is really small since we have 2 adults and a toddler. Would go for the next size up the next time. |

The friendliness and willingness of the staff to make our stay enjoyable. The staff spoke excellent English and were only too happy to accommodate our requests. Not enough seating when waiting for Airport Limousine service or waiting for customer service. |

Great location - convenient to JR and Metro lines - Disney only abt 30 mins away. Away from the crowd - mins to Sunshine City - clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended. Plenty of food joints. |

I like the convenient location of the hotel. It is comfortable and I have stayed with you many times in the past. Not enough English TV channels.Not enough English language instructions in hotel room - there was a device which I think was a dehumidifier in my room but I had no idea how to use it as everything was in Japanese. You need to provide better for international visitors. |

Excellent location just right beside the metro and train station. Very convenient. Access to any part of Tokyo is easy and hassle free. The room is comfortable and clean and able to see mount fuji on a clear day. English TV programs are limited |
