Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier    

This was a swanky hotel, with modern fittings, great view from high floors, as the lowest level of the hotel was on the 16th floor!

We had a twin room, but space was limited.

The hotel is located very close to the Tokyo train station, which makes it very easy to reach. The view of the hotel is great, the room is small but it has everything you need to have a nice and pleasant visit. The toiletries offered by the hotel cover all your possible needs. The staff is very friendly. Metro of Ginza is at a very close distance, and you are surrounded by many restaurants and shops. They have a shuttle service to the Narita airport that is very convenient. Nice bar and restaurant.

Room is a little bit small, but it looks new and modern, and has everything you need.

Location is very near the Ginza shopping area as well as the Tsijiki fish/wholesale market. It is also within walking distance of the Shimbashi JR/subway station. Superior double room is small (20sqm) but comfortably furnished, and bathroom is sleek. My room had a great view of the city skyline and Tokyo Bay.

The walk from Shimbashi station to the hotel is confusing and you have to use the correct overhead bridge. No wifi in the room, only wired internet, so one has to go to the lobby to access wifi.

I liked the warm welcome, location, cleanliness level, and facilities.

No bus service to the hotel.

Convenient location, easy access to subway and interesting places, such as Tsukiji market, Imperial Palace

Excellent hotel, great views, right at Ginza (great area and easy access to all other areas), clean, free wifi everywhere, hi-tech facilities in the room (loved the bathroom with the adjustable see-through window). We booked well in advance and got reasonable prices for the rooms.

Lovely hotel near Shimbashi station and the Ginza district. Nice room and large bathroom by Japanese standards. Very quiet with lovely views over the city.

Wow! This hotel is perfect. The airport limousine stops in front of the hotel. You are in Ginza where there are many restaurants & shops. Subway access nearby. Super soundproof rooms - we were next to elevator and thought we'd need to move to another room but we did not hear a thing during our one-week stay. Room is compact but very well-designed and decorated. Great city view. Helpful staff.

Small but functional rooms with all needs for a traveller. Close to Ginza shops, food and transport. Great views of Tokyo city, Sumida river and Tokyo bay.

Room small for 2 suitcases. Standard for Tokyo but could get annoying for more than a couple of nights.

The Ginza Premier was our favourite hotel on our holiday - luxurious, extremely quiet and comfortable, perfect location and stylish. Loved the city views - especially from the bathroom!

The location in the Ginza was ideal, close to public transport, restaurants and department store shopping. Also, rooms have a fantastic view of the city. Staff is helpful and knowledgable.

Rooms quite compact and may be rather tight for larger guests.

An upmarket hotel in the best (most expensive) shopping district in the world. The service by the staff was superb. Fantastic views.

The price, but you do get what you pay for.

The service was excellent - one example - on Sunday morning we were going to go to church. We needed a cab. It was raining. one of the staff, in suit and tie, went with us to the ground floor, ran out into the rain, stood in the middle of the street, and flagged down a cab for us so that we wouldn't get wet! That's service. We loved this hotel.

Location is great. near the fish market Tsukiji where happens tuna auction. cleanliness is impeccable.
