Score from 534 reviews Very good 8.3/10
The hotel is very near Subway and JR stations and is a stone's throw from Tokyo tower. The room was very well maintained and quite clean.
Only one elevator for the entire building.
For a "business hotel" class hotel, there were two nice surprises: The staff really did an effort to communicate in English, and the room was slightly more spacious than others of this class in Tokyo. Also, the location right next to Daimon subway station and Hamamatsucho JR/monorail station covers all transport needs. The open hallway is definitely not a problem.
Too bad there's no breakfast, but there are plenty of Cafes offering cheap "morning sets" of a sandwich & hot drink on the way to the JR station so it's actually good value compared to the price of Tokyo hotels that do include breakfast.
Location is excellent. From Daimon subway Exit A2, turn right and pass Family Mart, there you will reach the hotel.. Also very near to Hamamatsucho Station, you can take monorail direct to Haneda Airport...
No English TV Channels...
Free coffee, good position both for jr station and for metro, convenient location for haneda airport, cleaning, free rental wi-fi, good quality/price, very quiete
It offers the basic necessities and staff are friendly.
It's better to avoid this hotel on weekends as the room price literally triples and at that price, it's vastly overpriced. The rooms are very small, even the queen corner room we had (I would hate to see the other rooms). Only one elevator => long waiting times.
the pillows, cleanliness, location, and good price
front gate wasn't obvious enough
Clean, and good location.
No wireless Wifi
Comfortable bed Good location
No breakfast Very limited clothes storage small room
Good location, accessibility to public transport and restaurants, good service.
very nice rooms, very clean, great location just a few minutes walk from the JR station Hamamatsucho
no opportunity to have breakfast in the hotel
Location of the hotel is excellent, also near to Tokyo Tower.
Equipment instructions are in Japanese, should be in English.
The strategic place in the center of Tokyo
Rather poor english knowledge of staff
Rooms are so dusty, had a coughing fit trying to sleep. The water that comes from the shower is disgusting, my hair dryed up to the point I couldn't even get my brush through. Some staff were ok the rest were super r
Very nice hotel. Clean and fresh.
The corridors are all open to the outside which doesn't look so nice.
Very good location, nice area. Teapot in the room.
There was a coakroach on the floor.
The location is great!
Wifi not available without router. And limited router available. Wifi at lobby area very weak as well.
The location was perfect! Very close to the station and not far from all of the things my friend and I wanted to see. The room was also very nice and had a great view.
There seemed to be a bit of visible mold in grout in the bathtub area. There was also a tiny bit on the shower curtain.
Excellent location, located within walking distance to the 2 train stations. Plenty of food places around. Staff could speak english. Free wifi and coffee.
Only one lift which sometimes took a long time to arrive. A little pricey.
Really liked this establishment. I originally was going to stay one day but decided this was good value for what you pay. Would recommend going off booking.com if purchasing. Very close to Tokyo metro me not too far from JR line.
Rooms were large and well appointed, nice view of Tokyo tower if you are high enough. Take the JR line to the Hamamatsucho station and get off at the north end of the platform and the hotel is 4 blocks away....
For a Ginza hotel, you are at least one train stop from the action. So, if I wanted to be closer to what the Ginza is all about, possibly I would select another hotel.
The location was very good.(near to restaurant, supermarket and Tokyo tower) We were near to subway, JR trainstation. There was nothing that we did not like.
- good transport links: a few minutes' walk to Daimon / Hamamatsucho Stations for subway / JR / Monorail. There are trains running to Haneda from the Asakusa line platform. Quiet, higher floor rooms with Tokyo tower view. Clean as usual. If going to Tokyo Big Sight for exhibition there is also a direct bus.
Air-con can be tempremental (and can be hard to operate as controls in japanese only) Would be nice if vending machine offers snacks as well as drinks, if one doesn't want to pop out to the Family Mart. In room Wifi is fine but could be a little bit more robust.
We loved the view of the Tokyo Tower from our room; especially the night view. The hotel was convenient to the railway station and there were some nice restaurants nearby.
