Convenient and well laid out
No wireless in room
Location is excellent close to train and the surrounds are very 'Tokyo' we loved the local bars and restaurants Staff were very helpful Convenience store handy next door for coffee etc Good value for money
Rooms were small and bed a bit hard but it had everything you needed except there was no Wi-Fi in the room Lobby had only a small couch to sit to use the Wi-Fi and it was always crowded - this made it a bit awkward for arriving and leaving
This is a value-for-money hotel for travellers. Near train station and it has a lawson convenient shop just next to the hotel (there is even connecting door).
Great hotel with a good location. Everything is clean and the hotel looks up to date. Very quiet so easy to get a good night sleep. Price is excellent for what you get and there is plenty of restaurants in the area. Subway is a 5 min walk.
No wifi in room, only in lobby
A housekeeper is very good.
Clean and close to station. Convenience store right next to hotel with private access door for hotel guests. Free internet connection in room with LAN cable provided. The hotel also provides free one use packets of face products and other things in hotel lobby. Everything was very modern and up to date.
Tiny room with barely any room to maneuver for two people with two large luggages. Bathroom was also tiny.
close to MTR station, clean and comfortable room, nice beds, quite good room space compare to other hotels in Japan city center. Have Lawson convenience store just downstair and a 24-hr supermarket just opposite to the hotel!! And there is a few 24-hr restaurants nearby, so don't need to worry about meals.
little noise from train because it is close to the JR railway, but the noise is acceptable and will stop at night time so don't disturb my sleep at all.
Proximity to JR station; 24 hours convenience store next door; many good restaurants nearby; provision of washing machine and dryer; good comfortable bed (we were on the top floor so did not get any noise disturbance); and helpful reception staffs.
small compact room (but acceptable since this is a medium priced hotel in Tokyo); no wifi in bedrooms - only available in ground floor reception area which had only a couch for about 4 people.
The JR and metro stations are nearby. It's very convenient to travel from/to the Narita airport (60-70 minutes by JR lines or the Keisei line). There are some food stores nearby (one is on the first floor) and lots of restaurants around. This is the first time when our number looked better than on the photos. It was tidy, well-lit and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everyday we had new towels, cups and even tea bags. We would definately stay here once more.
No Wi-Fi in the rooms (only on the lobby), so we had to connect our laptop with a cable (it was provided) and use it as a wireless access point. The room was quite small and there was no convenient place to leave the luggage. Noise from the street was too loud with opened window, thus, we kept it closed all the time. Fortunately, there was an air conditioner, an air ventilation system and a humidifier, so it was not a problem for us.
No wi-fi in the room
The location is awesome. The room was super clean and the bed a bit small but very comfortable. Our room was at 10th floor and the view is awesome from there!
The only weakness is that the wifi can only be used in the lobby, that is very small.
I like the washroom and that there's free internet. Bed is nice.
Heater wasn't working
Simple hotel, good value for money. Next to Asakusabashi train/metro station.
Room have internet but only through cable. Wifi only available at the reception hall
Friendly staff, location to transit (rail and subway), local restaurants, convenience store attached and grocer across the street.
Cramped room, hallway was open on one end and rail/subway noise was a problem until about midnight.
Price is great, location very convenient to everywhere and direct connection to airport and the memory foam pillow.
The sizes of the rooms were not clear. Double room bed is almost same as single room.
The beds were super comfy, staff were brilliant and the location being just 10 minutes away from Akihabara is one of the best things. The washing facilities were brilliant and really helped out as well as having the Lawson on the ground floor was even better since it allowed me and the wife to get breakfast quick and easy.
Sadly the hotel only provides wifi in the lobby and this was an issue for myself and the wife as we didn't bring along a laptop/network, also the rentable notebooks were a little on the expensive side for us as we only wished to use them to access Facebook and upload pictures.
Access to JR Access to Akihabara and Asakusa Great location for food and site seeing Conbini on site 24 hour laundry
Washing machine Close to JR station Price 24h supermarket
Lacks wifi and restaurant No closet. Little room for clothes or luggage
All services excluding 3 points mentioned in did not like.
1) Not providing drinking water in rooms. 2) WiFi services not available in rooms, cause customer has to go at reception. 3) Restaurant not attached to hotel.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, close from Asakusa temples.
Good location from the local subway and JR stations. Very clean room and it was well refreshed each day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Slippers furnished for room wear. Grocer across the street and a secure door access to attached convenience store. We had an over night trip to Kyoto during our stay and the staff stored our bags...and had them in our new room when we checked in for the remainder of our stay.
Very hard bed, cramped room and the hallway was open to the out side stairs & weather on the west end. Lots of noise from the dual stations. Had and used earplugs each night
24 hour shop on ground floor. Next to JR station. Very helpful staff.
Good location, friendly service
It would be nice to have wifi in rooms.
3 mins walk to JR station, 5 mins walk to 都营Asakusa-bashi station. LAWSON is on the 1st floor of the building. And there's other 2 convenient store nearby. Lots of choices for food. Staffs are very helpful.
It would be great if the room is bigger and the window in my room could be open.
