Everything in this hotel.
Staff was very kind and spoke English quite well. Tried to help us as much as possible. Impressed and appreciative! Normal comfortable room with basics. Nice location, able to walk and see shopping areas of Osaka. Shout out to current day female staff and evening male staff: So kind!
Pillow was a little flat and blanket kinda small. Smoking area outside our door.
Location Size of room
Bed was like sleeping on uneven concrete slabs. Hair dryer was dirty and old Room was musty High pitch noise kept coming and going from aircon, had to wear earplugs to sleep, turning off aircon didn't stop the noise.
good place for shopping
Large room, Japanese style with futons and tatami flooring. There was a balcony as well.
Bathroom was a little tight. Stuffy in the elevator as well.
Close to shopping street Free wifi Cheap
Close from what I want to do!
The traditional lodgings were very fun and the bathroom and toilet were nice
The wifi was very spotty, the elevator was scary, it would try to close on you, it was hard to get all the children on without it shutting on someone
The location, fantastic. 2 nearby train stations, and lots of great food options nearby. Quite a large space for the price. Including a spaceous entry way and large cupboards in the bedroom for large luggage. After checking out, we left our bags with reception until 6pm with no problem.
The beds were... hard, and the bed room and cupboards were musty smelling. Limited view to the outside world.
超級乾淨的!交通很方便!Check in 時間因飛機延誤起飛到達已經一點多了,很感謝飯店人員願意等我們(下飛機時請人幫忙打電話溝通)
The hotel should not be rated at and marketed as a 3-star hotel. The two rooms we got do not have curtains. There are lots mosquitos in the rooms and corridor where the windows are all left opened as the hotel allows people to smoke at corridor.
First-ever booking through Booking.com. Good experience with nice staffs, clean room and well location.
No significant bad feeling.
Great location near Dōtonbori and Sansaibashi areas. Separate toilet, bath, and sink areas gave much more room than the typical Japanese unit bath.
Beds were pretty hard.
Close to Dotombori Street which is where all the restaurants are and shops, close to underground stations and the staff are very helpfull on advice on how to get from place to place
Wifi was very weak, we had to leave our door open to pick wifi up or sit in the lobby area
The rooms were older but clean. Just a few mnts walk from the dotonbori shopping area. Staff was friendly.
The breakfast was lackluster and a bit tasteless, Looked better in the pictures. No wake up call service before 7am.
staffs are not too capable in english
Very close to train stations, shopping and eateries. Recommended for family stay.
Near to everywhere in the city
The location is good. The room is enough to accommodate us. There is a separate CR, wash room & shower room.
The staff has a difficulty in communicating with us.
Walking distance to Shinsaibashi, room was very wide.
the bed is hard as thin layer of futon was place on the bed rack. But it was okay.
Very helpful staff. Location excellent.
on top of the wardrobe there's a platform has big gap n smells unpleasant.
Very uncomfortable beds. Facilities outdated and dirty. Wi-fi kept stopping. Not value for money/
The office is not open 24 hours
