This is our second stay at this Hotel. It is clean comfortable and very convenient for Narita airport. One can walk to it easily in 8/9 minutes or there is a regular shuttle bus. This hotel allows check in from 1.00 pm so one can drop off luggage and head into Narita-san (by train from the airport) to visit the amazing Shinshoji-temple. This temple is often missed yet, with it's many colourful and varied buildings, beautiful lakeside and woodland walks it has much more to offer than many of its more famous counterparts,.

Narita Rest House: The term itself is misleading, the place is a proper hotel. The situation is just ideal für nrt Airport. Just 5 minutes to walk from Terminal 1. Free shuttle also available. Good idea if you have an early flight out from nrt. Transit time from Downtown Tokyi takes a very long time. Price is very good (ca eur46 for a double). Wifi is free-of-charge.

Furniture/facilities a little old-fashioned, corridors old and dark.

Bus pickup from airport, good pitstop after a long flight, vending machines in the lobby.

Best location to Narita A/P. Easy access and frequent shuttle bus services. Useful vending machines on the ground floor. Complimentary tea available. Spacious enough for three of us (2 teenagers). Quick check-in and check-out. Very clean and eco-friendly room. I will repeat definitely!

Great hotel if you have to catch an early flight the next morning. Good restaurant.

The hotel needs a makeover pretty soon but atleast everything is clean.

Location to airport and the free bus shuttle. Room was spacious, bed very comfy, very clean, vending machine has wide choice, price for one night was very reasonable, free wifi in rooms was brilliant.

Decor is a little outdated but this had no connection to a bad stay or the cleanliness. The metal bedroom doors were noisy when opening/closing. Could hear other rooms coming and going.

I really liked its location relative to the airport. You can walk to it in under 10 minutes.

Food. Buffet breakfast is slightly overpriced at ¥ 1,800, but more importantly, most hot food items (eggs, bacon, sausages) were lukewarm, fruit salad not fresh or interesting,croissants, danishes could be much better.

Very close to airport but no noise at all. Easy walk (under 10 minutes) plus on-time, frequent and fast shuttle bus to/from terminal (every 20 minutes, about 3 minutes door to door). Room large and comfortable, plenty of space. No smoking was requested and was provided. Restaurant offered good choices at reasonable prices. Staff very helpful and efficient. Perfect for stay prior to taking early flight. Very good value for money.

you get what you pay for in life and this was what I paid for - i only stayed because it was very convenient for Narita

same again - you get what you pay for and this didn't cost very much so can't really complain - to describe it as basic would be an understatement

Our flight was delayed and we arrived past 10:30 pm, but they still had the free shuttle to the hotel running until 11:00 pm (later than other hotels). It was extremely convenient being right next to the airport as we were all tired. Rooms were clean and comfortable, larger than what you would normally expect for other hotels in Japan. Reasonably priced compared to many other hotels we researched. We could see part of the airport and planes from our window, but noise was not a problem. Vending machines in the lobby allowed for late night drink and snacks since the restaurant was already closed.

The hotel has comfortable rooms, big compared to the japanese standard and very clean. It's located 5 minutes far from both airport terminals. So it turns out to be a very comfortable location in case of your flight leaves early.

The airport hotel was extremely handy for the international terminal which I was flying from, with complimentary shuttle bus to/from airport. It was only a 5 minute walk to terminal (without bags) which was very handy for all the food outlets/shops situated in terminal even though the hotel had a restaurant. The room was large and clean with a small fridge and kettle which was handy. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay and I would certainly stay here again.

I had breakfast included but for the 3 days the menu never changed, also the food was only luke warm, ie bacon, sausage and scrambled egg really needs to be hot !!!! but apart from that the toast, tea coffee/juice were fine.

Very close to airport (5-10 minutes walk on footpath), perfect location. Very very spacious twin room, especially considering average size of Japanese rooms.
