It was close to the airport and the shuttle bus ran every 20 mins or so, it was easy to find. It would have been helpful to know in advance how the shuttle bus system worked. If customers are unsure they can easily be conned into a taxi and asked for a high fee. |

The main reason why I'd booked this hotel was, because the hotel is really close to Narita Airport and they offer a free shuttlebus to and from the airport. There's also a free bus that brings you into Narita centre and Narita station. About the hotel itself; the rooms were clean, big single beds and the overall look was good. The only reason why I came to this hotel was because I had to leave really early the next morning, otherwise you can just as well take a train from Tokyo to Narita Airport! Allthough the hotel is located close to the airport, there isn't much to do around the hotel itself (luckely the hotel has a shop inside). There is no free internet available. The free busses are always really crowded. |

Good location from the airport, very convenient from Narita and with good access to Narita train station; quiet. Large room, well appointed. Be prepared for hard beds. Shuttle times are limited and frequently crowded. Be prepared for travel time (by train to Tokyo). |

Four of us stayed at the end of the business trip to Japan and for the price that we paid , it is good value for money if you just want to stay on night before the flight. The rooms are clean and have all facilities you need in a hotel near airport and have a peaceful sleep. They operate a shuttle service every twenty minites ( stop number 26 and 27 ) which is shared with other hotels in additiona to smaller vehicle which is their own. The restaurent though with limited menu serves needs of all international tastes and food is good quality |

very prompt check-in and out, despite large numbers of people; prompt willingness to pay taxi fare when airport shuttle was full. would have enjoyed an easier walk into Narita |

Quiet location but staff are very helpful and polite. The shuttle bus service to the aeon shopping complex was too crowded, this could be resolved by increasing the frequency of the bus service (ie once every 15 minutes) |

I liked the free airport bus shuttle which operates on a schedule, not a call and come get me. Level 2 door 4. The leave precisely on time. Do not be late. The closeness to Narita Airport. Check-in was simple and quick. a good experience for my overnight for a flight out in the afternoon. You must leave by 11am or you will be charged by the hour. Approximately 700 yen an hour. Helpful staff that did speak English. As with most things in the Tokyo area, food and accomodations are expensive. This was reasonable priced room. There is a shuttle that takes you to a shopping mall. Most other things, you would need to find transportation to go anywhere. The menu pricing was typical hotel pricing. Not cheap. This is Tokyo. This is hotels. The room I stayed did not have free internet. The rate was 1050yen for 24 hours. About $11usd. For those who speak English there are no english channels on the tv-on my tv at least. |

Connection to the airport is fine. The value for money is also good, because the price is reasonnable An automatic vending machine to get some food (bentos..) would be helpful. Moreover, a free (or cheap) internet access would be an asset, for instance to check if your flight is still scheduled |

18 hour flight stopover, short visit to town. If you go check the shuttle bus schedule immediately as there is gaps in town bus schedule and we waited for 90 mins once as we missed it by 2 mins charge for internet, free bus schedule to town, airport schedule fine. |
