Narita Port Hotel  

Perfect location for Narita; the free shuttle bus takes 10 minutes to Terminal 2 and 15 minutes to Terminal 1. They also have a free pick-up shuttle from Narita train station they should advertise in their website.

Convenient shuttle to Narita Airport

We happened to be at Narita Port Hotel the night of the 5.8 earthquake. Being on the 8th floor was a scary. But the hotel was safe!

Reception staff and coach service were very good.

Curtains in bedroom were very stained with food. Lack of facility for food when arriving late afternoon. If we had been more aware of this we would have picked up provisions or ate at airport.

Location, Great Breakfast

Shuttle takes too long, not often enough and too crowded Internet in the room cost to much.

bed not enough confortable they told me that the check in was at 3h00pm and they gave me the key for my room at 4h00pm

Friendliness of staff, facility is clean and quiet. Price reasonable.

How I wish there is an available computer keyboard for non Japanese guest for the internet usage. It is so frustrating to write email with limited time and the computer keyboard has Japanese characters. Having no restaurant availble at night is hard if you don't have place to go to eat dinner.

We chose Narita Port due to it's vacinity to Nagoya Airport and the connection service it offered for our return home. This was excellent. We did not have a chance to visit Narita Town itself but I am sure having looked at the details in your hotel information it would have been worht a longer stay if we had time. Also due to time we did not walk round the hotel grounds but from our bedroom window they were beautiful. The Kimono dressing gowns in our room were lovely.

Very handy that there is a shuttle bus right outside the airport, which takes you to the front door of the hotel. Also takes you to a shopping mall close by and to and from Narita Train Station. Helpful and friendly staff who have good English. Unfortunately due to electricity restrictions, the restaurant weren`t doing evening meals.

Convenience to the airport as I had an early morning flight, shuttle bus timing perfect, staff extremely helpful, food very good.

A little confusing with payment I entered my credit card details on website assuming that I was paying for the rooms but was told it was just for security, I then had to pay on arrival and was concerned that I might be paying twice. It should be prominently stated on the website whether or not it is for payment. Have recommended this hotel to my friends.

This is a great transition hotel between flights at Narita. In my own case, I must always stay over on night before catchig the Shinkansen the next day. It's clean, affordable, and comfortable.

The room service meals are about 30% overpriced.
