Mostly ok

Hotel itself was very nice, we were satisfied, but could not believe there is not any restaurant. Only small shop and restaurant only for breakfast. Even there is nothing close to the hotel, where you could go for dinner. That was extremely disapointing.

I thought very good value for money. I have stayed in other Japanese western- style hotels and they are tiny, I was impressed with the size of the room for the price. Very impressed with the free shuttle, into Narita and to and from airport - very good value (free!)

Hard to find a meal at night - not many buses to local eating areas. Would have loved a Japanese bath!

Friendliness of staff, facility is clean and quiet. Price reasonable.

How I wish there is an available computer keyboard for non Japanese guest for the internet usage. It is so frustrating to write email with limited time and the computer keyboard has Japanese characters. Having no restaurant availble at night is hard if you don't have place to go to eat dinner.

Airport free shuttle bus

There is no bar !!!

Very handy that there is a shuttle bus right outside the airport, which takes you to the front door of the hotel. Also takes you to a shopping mall close by and to and from Narita Train Station. Helpful and friendly staff who have good English. Unfortunately due to electricity restrictions, the restaurant weren`t doing evening meals.

Convenience to the airport as I had an early morning flight, shuttle bus timing perfect, staff extremely helpful, food very good.

A little confusing with payment I entered my credit card details on website assuming that I was paying for the rooms but was told it was just for security, I then had to pay on arrival and was concerned that I might be paying twice. It should be prominently stated on the website whether or not it is for payment. Have recommended this hotel to my friends.

역이나 공항으로의 송영 서비스가 좋았습니다. 직원들이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 청소상태도 쾌적하고 좋았고 아침식사고 괜찮았습니다.

역과 쇼핑몰로 가는 쇼틀이 많았으면 좋겠고 아침부페는 조금 다양하게 매일매일 똑같아서 조금 불만이었습니다.

Grande chambre, très calme dans un environnement boisé. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, ce qui est rare. Proche de l'aéroport. A savoir lorsqu'on arrive à Narita station, pour trouver la navette, se rendre à la station Keisei Narita juste à côté, prendre la sortie Est, descendre les grands escaliers, le stop de la navette est en face de Sumitomo Seimei Bldg. Il y a 2 navettes par heure pour l'hôtel.

Rien à proximité, il faut utiliser la navette pour se déplacer

Good location if you leave at the country after you stay.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist alt und die Zimmer haben einen muffigen Geruch. Bei Ankunft um 19 Uhr teilte man uns mit, dass das Restaurant bereits geschlossen war. Keine Möglichkeit für ein Abendessen! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Nahe Lage zum Flughafen, billiger Preis

Location, convenience, nice view, price, internet service, adequate room space and amenities.

There was no restaurant for the evening meal, though I was able to get a good obento at the hotel store. One chair in the room needed to be replaced.
