The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a wide variety of superb food. The view was fantastic. The fitness center was well equipped. |

We felt so welcomed from the first arrival of our trip! The entire staff at the hotel are extremely polite and hospitable. A perfect stay for our first visit to Japan! Not only was there so much to do, see, and eat throughout Tokyo, but also at the hotel as well. Although our bathroom was very clean, it still had a funny smell around the toilet area. |

Good central location for exploring the city with 4 different metro stops nearby. Nice view from the room as well as the breakfast room at the 42nd floor. |

Staff was very discreet and kind (in a japanese way). The hotel is really well placed near a big station of metro (several lines here) 2 minutes walk away. I found a little bit miser not to give free internet access (I always find this a pity) at this price. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer goede ruime kamer met fantastisch uitzicht! Enig minieme minpuntje, we hadden twee flessen wijn mee, de aanwezige kurkentrekkers bleken niet echt stevig. |

Le jardin japonais historique, la vue de la chambre (demander et insister pour une chambre à un etage haut dans la Tower), la vue du dernier etage On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenetres! La porte de la salle de bain non hermetique laisse passer air et lumiere! L'air conditionné partout! Le gachis d'electricité! La non-utilisation des methode de gestion ecologique (ex. quasi tutto - in particolare ho apprezzato la corrispondenza minuziosa di quanto segnalato dalla pubblicità dell'hotel alla reale situazione rinvenuta - sono soddisfatto della scelta fatta forse sarebbe opportuna la presenza di personale in grado di parlare anche qualche altra lingua europea oltre l'inglese. |
