Hotel New Otani Tokyo

La habitación triple teníaun salón tipo suite y era muy cómoda. Las vistas eran impresionantes. Cuando llegamos nos impactó.

Por decir algo, el acceso es un tanto complicado. El lobby está en el sexto piso de un complejo de hoteles y oficinas.

Buena ubicacion, confort y un jardin espectacular

Está muy bien comunicado por metro con los distintos puntos turísticos de Tokyo.

Que te cobren por el café de la habitación (el té es grátis) y tambien que el uso de internet en el business center sea de pago.

La situacion del hotel es ideal para conocer Tokio

Las Habitaciones no corresponden a un 5 estrellas, muy amplias pero yo le pondria 4

The staff were amazing. Very good location for subway

Location was safe (we were all girls), many close restaurants including mcdonalds!, good sized rooms, friendly staff, many tours available, amazing beautiful garden in the hotel, near to a good station (you can go directly to shibuya, ginza and other places), limousine bus from and to airport, very clean and modern.

Very big so you have to walk in it alot which not good after a tiring day, the hallway outside the rooms was a bit hot, only some staff know good english.

Central location, Helpful staff, beautiful gardens

Very expensive in house restaurants. This is a luxury hotel and everything here is at a premium price. But this is a top flight hotel in Tokyo, so it was never going to be cheap!

Room is bigger than average Japanese hotel rooms. Location close to Akasakamitsuke subway station

I like the environment, services and location that close to the MRT station.

The location was okay

Wheb checking in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a better room in another part of the hotel. Our decision to agree was a mistake especialy as we had not se the original room. The lay out of the upgraded room was just wierd as you could not see the TV from either the chairs or the bed but had to sit on the fridge. Staff were not very friendly

Very nice and helpfull staff, nice location with 2 subway lines at 5 minutes walking. Extraordinary garden with waterfalls!!!

The difference between first and second room occupied. Nothing, but really nothing is free in this hotel (3 € if you use the coffee machine in the room, 80 € cents for 5 minutes web connections)... a five star hotel doesn't need this type of "cheap behaviour" especially when you pay more or less 170€ per night.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff very polite and helpful. There is a plethora of restaurants (about 40!!!) in the hotel. The Japanese garden beside the hotel is simply awesome. You can get tours and train tickets in the hotel, through a travel agency.

Staff at the travel agency speak poor English. Restaurants in the hotel are utterly expensive
