The hotel is very comfortable and near the underground station. The breakfast is expensive but the food, staff and the view of its private garden is great. The hotel is enormous and there are two entrances. Probably sometimes you will feel lost. |

The location was okay Wheb checking in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a better room in another part of the hotel. Our decision to agree was a mistake especialy as we had not se the original room. The lay out of the upgraded room was just wierd as you could not see the TV from either the chairs or the bed but had to sit on the fridge. Staff were not very friendly |

Very nice and helpfull staff, nice location with 2 subway lines at 5 minutes walking. Extraordinary garden with waterfalls!!! The difference between first and second room occupied. Nothing, but really nothing is free in this hotel (3 € if you use the coffee machine in the room, 80 € cents for 5 minutes web connections)... a five star hotel doesn't need this type of "cheap behaviour" especially when you pay more or less 170€ per night. |

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff very polite and helpful. There is a plethora of restaurants (about 40!!!) in the hotel. The Japanese garden beside the hotel is simply awesome. You can get tours and train tickets in the hotel, through a travel agency. Staff at the travel agency speak poor English. Restaurants in the hotel are utterly expensive |

The hotel is a bit dated for today's standard however the location is very convenient to wonder around Tokyo, only a few mins walk to the nearest metro. Although most of the restaurants in the hotel are very pricy, a cup of coffee at the lounge costs shocking "1200yen", there are many cheap and cheerful restaurants near the hotel. |

It was great staying with my family. I asked to move to a higher place and they accepted right away. There was no twin bed, so they brought us an extra bed for free. There was a small chapel and I could pray before I leave for sightseeing. The garden was wonderful and it was easy to go to all the main areas. We used metro line every time we go out to Sinjuku, Harajuku, Kinja. It took within 10 minutes. The blanket was not light enough and not soft enough. |

It was located near train staions to travel with ease to places/shopping Over priced and unlike most hotels charge for internet, swimming pool use etc. Given the price they charge for the room per night they could afford to provide breakfast and these other facilites. For what was offered i.e., room it was extremely over priced.They tend to cater more for the very wealthy and high powered business clients. Average guests wanting a nice place to stay are treated with less courtesy and respect in my opinion. The staff were helpful but trained more to work with those as I stated. |

Good surrounding garden area to relax. Lovely views of the Cherry Blossoms. Need Taxi to get about to City and shopping which adds to the cost Rooms are good and spacious ( executive Suite)Food is good. a bit removed from transport and shopping. |

The hotel is excellent, the gardens are beautiful, and the location ideal for moving around using the public transport system. We ended with a twin-bed room instead of the requested queen-sized bed. The available cots are so small that are meant for new borns not toddlers. Most restaurants close by 10 PM, and there are more guests than staff available, so cheking-in and out can be slow. |

They upgraded us for free to the Main building (as we had booked the Garden tower intiallu), which was nicely furnished and renovated - very new. Huge comfortable bed. Great amenities, service. Location is good, 5 min walk point to point to Asakasa-mitsuke subway which was well-placed on the subway. Beautiful garden as well. Helpful guest services officers. Pillows were too soft and flat, tho probably we should have asked for a change. Price would probably be too expensive if there was no free upgrade, but you get what you pay for. |

1. Lovely atmosphere 2. Well English speaking staff 3. Big rooms 4. Clean 5. They upgraded our rooms for free, although we had requested doubles and they gave us twins, but certainly worth it. 1. We arrived at 11pm. The hotel was massively big with multiple receptions. It took us a little time to figure out where to go. We had arrived from a long trip, so we would have loved it more if the check-in process was a little smoother at that time of the evening. 2. The restaurants were super expensive! We had one coffee and one orange juice and the bill was around $25 (2,700 Yens). |

All the staff were extremely helpful no matter what the hour. The hotel has a beautiful, large Japanese garden and their are many restaurants offering different foods at a range of prices. It is also walking distance to many other restaurants and many subway lines. |

Excellent services. Subway station 3 minutes by foot. Shuttlebus from/to airport. And really amazing view from 40th-floor restaurant, do not omit on daylight and nightview as well. |
