This a small quaint hotel tucked away in Taito Our room was comfortable and clean. The room was also the size of standard American hotel room!! English speaking staff was available.

Very kind and polite staff. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Morning coffee is included. I felt at home there spending twice two days there. Between the two stays we were allowed to leave some of our baggages at the hotel during our visit to other towns and they kept them for us in safety. There is some family atmosphere there. We had wonderful period there, twice within a week.

если вы хотите не тратить безумные деньги на отель, в котором собираетесь лишь спать, этот отель - отличный вариант. очень хорошая хозяйка каждый день помогала найти нужные места и объясняла как к ним проехать. здесь чисто. есть компьютер - лично меня это очень обрадовало, ибо с собой было очень много техники и ноутбук просто оставила дома. здесь сидела в интернете сколько было нужно. всё было отлично. еще очень радовало расположение. кто едет из аэропорта Narita очень удобно добраться и от поезда, который из аэропорта приходит на станцию Ueno, идти минут 10 (это с сумками). но нужно учитывать, что отель сложно найти его сразу. выходя из станции справа будет вход парк, чтобы пойти в отель нужно пойти налево. пройти метров 300, перейти перекресток (под эстакадой), там будет продуктовый магазин. потом пройти метров 50 на светофоре ещё раз перейти дорогу (вы увидите зеленую крышу), именно в этом проулок нужно зайти и идти до игровых автоматов (вывеска с японской девочкой) поверните налево и вы увидите отель. Второе минус этого отеля - в некоторых номерах нет окон. Европейцу этого не хватает, но я приходила поздно вечером и мне было всё равно.

HTL STAFFの下町ならではの対応とサービスでとても良かったです。 どんなHTLでもSTAFFが駄目であれば 泊まりたくないですね？ 買い物にも便利です、多慶屋がHTLをでて左に、御徒町、仲御徒町駅 に隣接！女性には魅力的なところです。 昔は観光客団体がここへ買い物にくるほどの以外な場所でした。 今は落ち着きましたが、知っている人には普通に便利、遠方板橋からも毎回くるひともいるほどです。 是非お泊りになって通ってみてはいかがでしょう。 ありがとうございました。

Keurig en heerlijk rustig hotel met super vriendelijke staf op een perfecte locatie vlakbij het Ueno Station. Het Japanse ontbijt voor maar 6 euro is echt een aanrader!

Freundliches, hilfsbereites und englisch sprechendes Personal (leihen einem sogar einen Regenschirm). Ruhige Lage (Seitengasse) und trotzdem dich beim Bahnhof Ueno (5 min) für Regionalzüge, Shinkansen und Metro. Preiswert für Tokio. Kostenloses Internet (Kabel). Hotel ist ein bisschen schwierig zufinden weil in Seitengassen. Am besten Karte vorher ausdrucken, dann findet man es schon.

Considering price, room was a reasonable size for Tokyo. Short walk (5 minutes) to Ueno station, but quiet location. Day staff friendly and spoke some English. Convenience stores nearby (2 minutes). Bathroom very small!! Some night staff spoke no English. Difficult to find on foot without good location map. Small hotel. No lift.

The price was cheap, staff was so friendly and treated me as if I was part of the family they love to talk stories. They went out of their way to research some locations for me and gave me suggestions on places I should visit. Perfect for touring. 5 min walk to ueno station and ucheuun shopping area, and ueno park / zoo / shrines and temples. 2 stops away by jr train to akihabara. But overall the location was perfect and convienient and near to major places to visit and price was cheap. Just the air moisture absorber in the room that look like rabbit food pellets. It kinda stunk like a lingering dingy smell but u get used to it after a while. Keeps ur room air clean.

L'hôtel est remarquablement situé, à quelques pas du marché d'Ameyoko, et de la gare d'Ueno. L'établissement date un peu, mais les chambres sont tout à fait correctes; la vétusté de l'établissement offre l'avantage qu'on peut y ouvrir la fenêtre. Le New Tohoku est situé dans une ruelle calme, le personnel est charmant et parle parfaitement l'anglais. Un de mes hôtels préférés à Tokyo et un rapport qualité-prix vraiment excellent, les hôtels "budget" sont rarement aussi bien situés (au sortir de la gare de keisei ueno, qui offre une liaison directe avec l'aéroport via un train express, compter cinq à huit minutes de marche).

The hotel and the rooms look a bit 'worn' and outdated, but everything is fine and clean. Easy to reach from Ueno station in 5 minutes on foot. Good value for money.

酒店的服务很周到，这个价位的酒店，虽然房间空间不是很大，但该有的基本都有了。酒店位置还算不错，离上野- 站很近，但找起来还是有点费劲的。
