Just 10 minutes from Narita International Airport on the free 2-way shuttle, Hotel Nikko Narita features a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour convenience store and 4 dining options. This hotel was excellent value for money! The hotel is situated close to Narita airport and the hotel offered a punctual and free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa at regular intervals hourly. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room which I think was a fair size for Japanese business hotels! I had a well proportioned en-suite and there was free internet in the rooms. There was a selection of restaurants to choose from within the hotel and also an on-site convenience store if you fancied something small instead of a full meal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

The staff at the hotel was polite and well trained. Didn't experience any thing, such as noise from next room, to disturb my sleep at night.

The good value for the money. I noticed all the buses from the airport to the other hotels were almost empty, but the Nikko Narita bus had many people in it. Therefore, I am not the only one who knows it is a good value. I will stay here again when catching an early morning plane. For the current price ther is nothing not to like.

The hotel is very convenient in terms of its location to things...it has an excellent transportation system to the airport and surrounding shopping and city areas.... The food at the hotel is good but not worth the price that it is charging for the buffet and sushi bar....Also, the people don't seem to be very friendly to foriegn travels, but cater more towards the local Narita people in terms of service.

Check i and out was very efficient and fast making for less stress catching a flight at narita airport. The buffet breakfast is quite expensive.

It's right next to the airport and the rate was very good. The facilities are a bit old and the air in the room was rather bad - windows cannot be opened.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the items I received at the hotel's "Sushi" bar restaurant. The food was not fresh and it was extremely expensive for the quality that it served. It is my opinion; that It is not good to buy or have sushi in the Narita Airport area.

Close to the airport, good price.Internet in the room. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. Shuttle service operating 2 times an hour and don't operate after at late nigt. Taxi cost to the hotel is 1500JPY.

It is a great transit hotel, great shuttle bus service to Narita airport and Narita city. Comfortable bed and free cable internet. It is really far away from Tokyo, in the middle of no where. Dated facilities but well maintained.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport and with free shuttle it is ideal for an overnight stay.It is possible to also vsit the Narita temples which are very impressive.I Have now stayed in the hotel about 3 times and will return in Feb 2012.Loved the free wifi There are insuffiicent English channels and the English channels soiund is in Japanese and English at the same time ,I am sure there must be a button on the remote to mute the japanese commentary

Convenient location to the airport,shuttle bus and reasonable price on transitting out of Japan. As expected, the hotel is a bland, standard hotel with little to recommend. Only any good as a one night stop off before catching a plane the next day. Hotel restaurants are wildly expensive for the quality - only place I would say we were gouged in Japan. With the free shuttle bus, people staying here would be better off eating at the airport where there is quite a wide range of choice at far more reasonable prices.

Good services and nice friendly staff. Very friendly service staff, however there is limited dining choices, the menu items are inadequate for non-Japanese tranelers. The breakfast buffet is over-priced at $32 USD.

The rooms were very nice and have everything you can expect from a 4 star hotel. The dinner we had was excellent and it has a couple of small shops to get some groceries. What they discount on the room price they make up for with pricing for food and drinks. Drinks are easily 2x as expensive as elsewhere, and if you have dinner in the hotel you will get a hefty bill, even if the food was really nice it is still a lot of money for dinner.

The airport shuttle was a very convenient and easy way to access the hotel and airport. The Chinese restaurant had a very reasonable and appetizing menu. The executive queen room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Check in was very slow as we arrived by the airport shuttle bus which was quite full. We had booked an executive queen room which had a very poor quality and minimally-sized bed. I expected better and felt a little disappointed. The Garden restaurant for breakfast was quite expensive -2000 yen per person- in view of the lack of availability of numerous items on the buffet tables.

Very helpful staff however the front desk a little pushy with upgrading rooms and adding breakfast when I only realized later it was not at all neccesary for my trip and I didn't have time to use the breakfast coupon so it was also wasted. Overall though, an excellent hotel with extremely helpful staff that go out of their way to help you with directions. Highly Recommended hotel ! Room is small but clean and comfortable. Hotel is near the airport, which is convenient. The bar on the 11th floor has excellent selection, classy, clean setting, and very good service.
