Clean hotel very close to NRT. Good breakfast buffet. Hotel pool does not open until 9:30 am. Overall, not the same quality as the Nikko's in the U.S., Eurpoe, or the rest of Asia. Still good though for an overnight stay near NRT. Some good local and inexpensive restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Shuttle was convienient and easy to find at NRT, only a 10 minute ride to the airport. Would stay again! |

A great place to stay before a flight, Has a souveneir shops, 24 hr food convenience store, free shuttle bus (comfortable) to and from airport, the buffet breakfast is world class. Staff speak excellent English, which is rare in Japan. Decent Restaurants and some vending machines. Great value for money. And no mini bar in the room, but still a fridge. Focused on guests, and lots of places to relax, which is great, Room decoration is a little dated, but good for an airport hotel as you dont get too relaxed. Forget the pool as very very expensive, over $40 AUD for a single swim, but nice bath tubs, so have a relaxing bath instead. |

This hotel caters for air travellers - it's an airport hotel and the services are geared to that market. They do a good job for air travellers I thought the fixed price menus in the restaurants were on the high side. |

Thank heavens for the shuttle bus service to the airport! The restaurant was excellent, but the headwaiter could have been a bit more conscientious about the seating arrangements for a woman alone in a restaurant, The internet cost 100 yen for only 10 minutes--8 minutes for the initial warm-up. |

was absolutely fine for my purposes which was purely to sleep a night between flights. clean, kind of standard for this situation, nothing mind-blowing but functionable, comfortable, staff very friendly, airport transfer bus on time. easy. |

Very convenient for airport stopover hotel. Really thin walls, overpriced restaurants but there's a super cheap fast food Japanese restaurant just around the corner called Sukiyaki. |

Professional and friendly staff. Time schedule of shuttle bus is not adjusted to the train-table which is a small gesture to do and would improve the overall impression of the hotel. |

The Convenience store is a plus. The hotel is a very nice option for those who need to spend a night before catching a flight. More staff could be available to help guests with their luggage upon arrival. |

The free shuttle bus to the city/temple area was great. Don't miss the sights they are worth a day. The hotel staff are very nice and helpfull, the rooms clean and large for Japan standards, but the beds are hard as rocks. |

The proximity to the airport and the shuttle services that were available to the airport and to Narita. Two things: 1. The buffet meals were rather pricey, and 2. The preferential treatment that some guests receive yet others do not creates an uncomfortable two-tiered system. |
