every thing is perfect
Excellent view, good service and very comfortable accommodation.
quite expensive during peak season
Great location. Great ocean view! Went out to take photos at 1am and the gundam is within 5 minutes of casual walking! Take as much time as you like to enjoy it! Great staff! Please trust the score.
I like their personal service and attention to detail. Good location.
clean and nice service
the view in my room not too nice as not facing the rainbow bridge
This was a welcome stay at the end of our 2 week trip to Japan. Loved the location which was a 10 minute monorail ride into Tokyo but still out of the hustle and bustle. We had a beautiful view across Tokyo Bay and our room was quite large by Japanese standards.Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
We really impressed nice view, clean, large and comfortable room has balcony including wide variety of amenities, free bottled water, kettle and wi-fi.From check in till check out very organised helpfull and friendly staff.Very nice spa center, thermal pool.Very good location close to the shopping malls and train station easy access to everywhere in Tokyo.Direct bus from Narita Airport. We would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect !!!
Pool area is very nice with an amazing view of Rainbow bridge and Tokyo skyline. This made the difference between this hotel and others.
Great location, fantastic facilities, lovely staff!
My impressions of Tokyo hotels were compact (shoe box) rooms at ridiculous prices. Nikko Tokyo pretty much stopped these perceptions dead in their tracks. The rooms were large, modern and staff fantastic. The location requires a train ride to the main sites of Tokyo, but it is nice to return to the hotel away from the frenzy that is central Tokyo. The pool/spa is worth visiting for the view alone.
Nothing, it was a great hotel at good value.
near to train station '
everything that provided
Good service Good environment
Not so convenient to access to urban area, though it's near rail station.
The SPA has an amazing view
Room service was a good price Staff very respectful
Bed was a bit hard Location was just OK if using train
Location was fantastic because it is nearby the metro station
The person from the concierge who looks and talks rude. Every customer deserves to be treated Properly
-right next to Daiba station, which was convenient. Daiba is a bit far from Central Tokyo though and can be a bit of a commute if you plan to go there every single day. -close proximity to malls and restaurants -staff extremely courteous though most of them do struggle with english. (only met 1 who spoke great English when I was about to leave)
- nothing major-- just minute suggestions like maybe have a dock to plug ipod/iphone for music,or not to have free wifi limited to 24 hours having to sign in every day, or to have adaptor ready in each room for those who might need 110/100/etc outlets. :)
Location Staff Services Value
my favourite part was the spa overlooking the city which was an amazing experience. incredibly helpful and friendly staff and excellent wifi facilities, nice restaurants conveniently located inside the hotel and a spacious clean room.
slightly away from the hustle and bustle of tokyo.
Very good view Comfortable
I'be stayed at the Nikko probably 4-5 times and generally have a great experience. The spa is particularly wonderful.
The price of the restaurants is simply too high. I've eaten at restaurants all around Tokyo and generally know the price points - Nikko is off the charts. eg. they charged 500 yen for green tea at breakfast!! It's complimentary in 98% of the restaurants in the area. The food is generally good, to be fair.
Awesome Tokyo Bay view day and night Awesome spa with view of the city Heated pool and jacuzzi in the spa Great service Great level of English Direct shuttle bus to Narita available
Takes at least 15 minutes to get to the main Tokyo line before you can get to any other parts of Tokyo
Outstanding service beginning with email enquiry to book Disney bus one week prior to arrival.Staff always offered friendly greetings at every turn but not over the top. I stayed in twin room (two double beds) for 33,000 yen for 2 nights including breakfast.A bargain.Room 1232 had partial view of rainbow bridge. Good base to explore Odaiba.
Nearest ATM accepting foreign cards at Diver city in a 7 11 store but staff member helped me find it on the internet. Breakfast was only fair in quality and choice for the price.Although the view from the breakfast room was AMAZING ,the venue is too small, resulting in a queue. Buses to Disney are infrequent. Wouldnt let me enter the spa area (included in my rate)to take a look without wearing a swimming costume.
Luxuriousness of the hotel and our room's spectacular views across Tokyo Bay and the Tokyo skyline.
A fair distance on the train, and a separate line out to Daiba.
Almost every thing.
Wary bad conect wifi. I wayting all night.
