Bed, bathroom, cleanliness
Staff and price are good. The location is closed to Shinjuku Station (JR), however if you carry with heavy luggage, it may not so good as it needs to cross the bridge. By the way, if you need to catch Narita Express to airport, please reserve more time as the ticket office and the platform is located opposite side of Shinjuku Station.
Price for the location
Fantastic hotel in a great convenient location. Very clean and very friendly staff. Customer service is excellent. Will stay again.
Rooms were a bit small but expect that for Tokyo. Otherwise, faultless.
Great location. Clean room.
The internet connection was terrible
Too small room compare to room rate
-24-hr convenient store is nearby. -The room is tidy.
-Far from JR shinjuku station. -The staff were not friendly.
Location, staff very helpful and responsive. Rooms are bigger than usual Japanese standard. Hotel seems to be brand new or renovated.
This is my second time staying in this hotel, and I gotta say, I really like staying here. This has now been my default hotel every time I'm in Tokyo. For an affordable price, you get a nice location (near numerous convenience stores and many train stations, including the major train station, Shinjuku), comfortable beds, and great service. I especially like the small things: 4 tea bags in the room when most budget hotels in Japan only give one, the fact that they still leave you new towels by your door when you put "do not disturb" on your room, electric sockets near the bed, anti-fog mirror in the bathroom, and having three elevators--no wait time.
The street outside gets noisy sometimes, especially at night, because it is near a police station (you'll hear police sirens). The check in is also really late--3PM! Most budget hotels have a 2pm check-in time at the most.
The best thing about this hotel is the location, which is very close to Shinjuku station.
The bed was quite hard.
good overall quality at a good location with helpful staff
I specifically requested a non smoking room when booking and also at check in and was assured. However when I enter the smell of cigrattes was so strong. I have to open the window to feel bearable and also to spray the bedsheet with the odour spray to be able to lie down. Toilet light didn't work late at night and I shower in the dark the next morning.
Very nice location. Friendly staff with knowledge of English.
Room was cold, no way to change air conditioner to hot mode.
The location was excellent, and the room was on the whole quite comfortable.
The bed was unusually hard. Not too much of an issue for me, but it might be for some. Be warned that there is a fair amount of noise coming from the street - but that's to be expected on a main street in Shinjuku! I wore earplugs and slept soundly. Reception staff I dealt with on check-in and check-out were efficient but relatively unfriendly. The housekeeping staff on the other hand always had a cheery "Ohayou Gozaimasu!" for me when I passed them in the hallway each morning. :)
Location Room cleanliness
The location was extremely handy- 2 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku line, close to restaurants and shops and 10 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. The room was clean, quiet and not as small as we expected. Good water pressure in the shower.
The bed was a bit too firm and hard.
Excellent location with metro at the door and Shinjuku station very close with bus to the airports Very clean
The hotel is very near to the subway station. Hotel provides washing machine and dryer which were operated by coins and there's a ladies floor.
When we arrived,it was turning colder and our room was so warm even when the aircon was on. We asked the hotel staff and realized that they had switched the system to a heater system and aa it was a Centralised heater, they couldnt switch our room to aircon. However, they did provide an electric fan and we managed to survive by opening the window and turning the fan on. Wifi was also weak.
The hotel is very close to Shinjuku Station, 10 minutes walking. Very safe area. N'ex (Narita Express) stop in Shinjuku station. I stayed in this hotel a total of 8 days in three different kind of rooms because I went and back to Tokyo and all of them were great. Yes, they were small rooms but it s normal in Japan. I stayed in a single, twin and a double. All the room has bath tube, TV. Also, it s available a laundry place at the 7th floor which is very cheap. Laundry machine coin and a dryer! It was great! Drinks Machines and a microwave in different floors. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh, i forgot to say.. u can find many restaurants and markets around the hotel. If u decided to travel to Kyoto or any city for few days, u can leave your luggage at the hotel, they storage it. What i notice in all Japan is that it s kind of difficult to find an place to exchange money, there is one on Ur way to Shinjuku Station, ask to the front desk at the hotel, they will give u a map with the exactly address Thank u Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku, we had a great time. I will back.
Nothing to say
Comfortable stay. Clean rooms and has everything we need. There is also a cafe just outside the lobby which is very convenient for quick bite and drink.
Good central location. Clean and has all the amenities required for a short stay. Small rooms and anyone taller than 6 foot may require longer beds.
Good location on the western side of Shinjuku JR Station. About a 15 minute walk from the Airport Bus Terminal which is outside the station. We had no trouble in finding the hotel. Because we arrived on a very early morning flight it was most helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we did some sightseeing before the usual 3 p.m. check-in. There are restaurants, a subway station and convenience store all within metres of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The hotel was very clean.
Room was typical of a business hotel but as always, very clean and a good value. Close to the busy Shinjuku area and a short walk from the Tokyo Metro Gov. building which has a great observation deck. Subway station on the corner was nice to have if you're tired after a long day of walking. Quiet but we were in a room away from the main street.
Bed was not comfortable. Check in was rather late (3PM) and check out is pretty early (10AM). Not great if you arrive early with all your luggage or stay out late.
good location you get what you need in the neighbour
