Expensive breakfast compare with the room rate.
i really like the location of the hotel as it is right in the middle of all the attractions we decided to go to. Travelling from and to the hotel is such a breeze. The brochures they have are very informative especially the train station lines and the package tours as well.
i wish they have an atm machine as we had to go to the mall or 7eleven store to widraw money.
chamber, clean, green tea and teapot, close to Suidobashi station
The staff were so helpful at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent with a great variety of choice. Spotlessly clean.
Room a little small with tiny space for hanging clothes. It was ok for us as it was only 2 nights but if you need good amount of wardrobe room, could be tricky.
Very very nice hotel, professional staff. Needed to print something and it was cheap and it worked very well! All in all very recommendable!!
Impressive entrance Everything you need is provided for; toothbrush, combs, shavers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, kettle, iron, and even pyjamas (changed daily) Comfortable bed Breakfast at restaurant is good
Room we had was a little small. Only tea provided, no coffee.
Liked everything this hotel had to offer, great location, great staff, great facilities. Will definitely stay here again when I am next in Tokyo.
That I could choose to have Japanese breakfast
Sometimes you have to wait in the line to have breakfast
The hotel is nicely decorated with the taste of Japan and clean comfy room.
Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Clean and new. Quiet area but close to the train station and many good restaurants.
location decor facilities staff restaurant
Room looked good. Nice bathroom and overall apparence of Hotel. Comfort and location.
No bar in hotel. Hotel restaurants are expensive. No international ATM. Breakfast was expensive
Room wasn't cramped like most hotels in Japan. Confortable pillows. The TV had CNN, BBC News and Discovery channel. We were finally able to follow a few tv shows ;). View from the room window. Breakfast!
The environment was a bit too snobbish for my taste but was never treated with disrespect by anyone from the staff. The drying machine took ages to dry my clothes. For the price paid, it would've been nice to have more equipment in the gym room. At least some dumbbells.
Cosy and japanese atmosphere Warm and nice staff Good breakfast Location
Very small room but i guess this is Tokyo standard
As good as you can get for that price in Tokyo.
The name appear as Niwano for google map.
location breakfast spacious rooms free wi-fi
capuccino for breakfast could be included (meaning the price of stay) but not extra-charged
Definitely the massage chairs. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and yet 5 minutes away we were able to find cafes and eateries. Train and metro stations are within easy walking distance. We will stay here again but will book a bigger room.
The room is very small. There is not enough closet space to unpack. It is difficult to sit in the room and relax. We were surprised to see all the foreign guests but were unable to get an English newspaper in the hotel.
Modern hotel within walking distance to transportation and dining options. Also very close to the Tokyo dome.
Super-friendly staff, nice clean hotel with excellent room service; a 24/7 shop just next door, close to the train station and to the gardens surrounding the imperial palace.
the massage chairs were fabulous after a days walking and sightseeing. Local restaurants and Tokyo Dome City were a highlight.
I rated "quality of sleep" fair because, with air cond. on was too noisy and with it off was too hot. The best sleep was with the window open with fresh air, until the trains started to run at 4am. Also, the Roller Coaster at Tokyo Dome City; I did not enjoy, gave me a BAD HEADACHE!
Nice room, friendly service, very central location (close to the Suidobashi Metro Station), quiet, excellent bathroom, helpful staff, good value! Close to Seven-Eleven and places to eat. Great place!
Nothing much - maybe a stiffer mattress on the bed?
4 star quality
