quite nice, compare with the money you pay. Just the room is too small, but I think probabaly because the land is too expensive in Tokyo... overall, quite nice. |

The staff were great and helpful, as you are in Japan the hotel is obviously clean, the rooms are cozy but you won't need more than this as you don't need except to sleep and to have a safe place to leave your bags, one minute away from Inaricho subway station which is really great, although the bathroom is really small but at least you have your private bathroom even with a bath....I liked it so much and definitely I will stay there again if I went to Tokyo in the future :) |

Location , price of the rooms The rooms are so very noisy, the lift door is so fast that it is irritating if you have suitcase to extract out of it, there is no taxi call service. I would not recommend this hotel for anything else than studiant/backpackers type of travel. |

The price was unbeatable and the staff certainly did everything to make sure you had access to all the information you needed, and helped you out any way they could. the pillows were too hard, not ok. The rooms are small, but ok. It would not be good for 2 super-sized Americans, but we had 4 in 2 rooms. |

When I arrived in Tokyo in the morning, while the time to enter the room is 15.00 o,clock, but I still can enter the room when there is a room available, even not in my chep rate. My respect and thanks for Oak hotel. When I go to other part of the world what I need is to sleep well and may have easy drinks and small cooking in the room. I got it when I was in the Oak hotel. I could open the internet freely. The waiter and cleaner of the hotel were also fine. The hotel is also located very near to a metro train. So I do not have anything bad/unsatisfy to the hotel. |

Convenience - close to Ueno station, English-speaking, resources of information. A number of things to do in the area. Excellent service all around from housekeeping to desk staff. They took credit cards for payment (big plus). |

A lot of brochures available at the lobby for day trips Bed was too hard, bedsheets were rough....Bathroom was very cramped...Quite a long walk to Ueno station (about 10-15 min) |

Cleanliness, location was great as it was close to the subway room size was quite small. The smallest I have seen. The bathtub looks like it's meant for only really really short people, 3 feet or under. |

Excellent staff - especially the help from Komatsu-San Mattresses perhaps a little on the firmer side but that could simply be a cultural thing. TV was slightly awkwardly placed in relation to the bed. Please note there is no wireless internet though they do offer computers with internet access in the front as well as wired internet in the rooms. |

Very conveviently located within easy reach of Tokyo Metro and JR Yamanote line. Rooms were a bit small but adequate and very well maintained. Staff spoke good English and were always very helpful. |
