The staff allowed us to check in early before 3pm, & were courteous and friendly. Room was always made up properly every day. |

Warm welcome from the staff and their attitudes to help us at anytime. Cleanliness of the room is amazing. Very good value for the price we pay. The possibility of taking meals should exist,at least the breakfast. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the young lady with short hair - I don´t know her name. The room was very clean, every day fresh towels and soap...The next subway station is very close which gets you easily to the center of Tokyo. Even when the air condition is off, it makes a little noise. |

It was very easy access to underground and overground train service. It was worthy for money. All foodshops nearby to this hotel. Hotel location was quiet place Nothing to complaint. Happy stayed in tokyo in japan. Thank you for your service |

The price, location and friendliness of staff. For Tokyo, this was decent value for money, although I think for just a bit more there are other vastly superior hotels on offer. Proximity to Ueno Station and the smaller Inaricho station are a plus, although Ueno station is a good 10-15 minutes away. However, generally good location with a lot of nearby eating places and a convenience store. The room is extremely small, and while generally clean has the feel more of a hostel than a hotel. When I stayed there were several groups of loud tourits roaming the hallways at night and constantly knocking on each others rooms. The internet is free, but is almost constantly in use unless you go down at 4 a.m. |

Very good service and very affordable rooms in central tokyo. Close to both subway and trainlines and Ueno has some very good shopping as well. |
