I have stayed in several hotels in Japan and this was by far the best for the money. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were spacious by Japanese standards. I will stay here again on my next trip.

The staff was very nice, as usual in Japan. Also, major sightseeing locations were in a walking distance.

Breakfast is not a buffet but a fixed menu which is the same every day. So basically one has to eat the same thing every morning. Gets a bit boring if you are staying for more that 3 days.

The room was in decent size by Tokyo standard, at least we still got space to put 1 large and 2 small luggages in the room without really having problem moving around in the room.

None of the staff could speak English, but I guess this is pretty common in Japan.

Good location. Staff is very kind and helpful. Good price for Tokyo.

The bed is a little hard. It would be nice to have more and softer pillows.

The room is comfortable but is too noisy because the hotel is adjectant to the traffic road and the nearby building is under construction.

There is no shopping area nearby just a family store and 4 or 5 ramen shops which all of them are fullfilled at noon you must wait for a long time to have vacant seat.

Twin-bed room was excellent. Free breakfast also saved our budget. This hotel really offered a very good non-smoking room and it was also cozy. The hotel's WiFi was great with a high speed. It helped us a lot when we searched the travel information.

Location near Akihabara and Tokyo station 4 minutes train. English speaking staff. Spatious room compared to this hotel class standard. Laundromat in hotel. Breakfast in price. WiFi on rooms.

Ridiculously small trash cans on room. ;)

Free breafast was adequate. Very friendly and welcoming staff that spoke English well. Helped me with many things unrelated to the hotel that required Japanese. Very clean! Beds made and rooms vacuumed everyday. Wi-Fi signal is great, didn't drop once. Fantastic location if you want to just walk to Akihabara.

Room only has a single power socket. Room will also not have power unless you insert you key card into the wall, meaning you can't charge devices while you're out. Their self-operated laundry macjine is just a single washer and dryer in the middle of a hall, visible from the lobby. Functional but awkward.

The hospitality of the staff was first rate. They were helpful and understanding with non-native visitors

    Quiet area.

Breakfast is very simple (coffee, a tiny glass of juice and a croissant plus some sweet bread). Location is not that close to subway stations if you have luggage to carry (though OK if you travel light).

Good value for money, this is a comfortable hotel with good basic amenities, clean room, good quality bedding situated in a quiet location only 5 mins walk away from the metro. Staff were always helpful.

Met my expectations. I will stay there again.
