The staff is very nice, but the English knowledge is limited, so I couldn't understand it all. But they are very kind and try to help you as much as they can. I only stayed two night, while a lot of Japanese persons who stay there stay during a longer period in search for job in Tokyo. They are all friendy. To me who is European, the showers where a litte small, but everythings small in Tokyo. WiFi service is very good. And only a 2-3 minute walk to closest jr station that will take you to the biggest train station in town.

It was a little hard to find at first, cuz there are no big signs on the side ofthe house that faces the bigger street. But I don't have much more complainment than that. It is a buget option and for being that I think it is very good.

Good service, the owner picked me up because I went to wrong exit from the train. Nearby supermarket, 100 yen shop, and pharmacy, less than 5min walk to train station.

The room a bit dusty, need to clean you own room everyday. It's noisy in the morning 9am because they are doing clean up, shower and toilet are separated, toilet only available at 1st and 2nd floor.

It's more like a shared house/dormitory than a hostel. I had a single room, but there are doubles available. You can use the shared kitchen, and your room comes with a decent-sized mini-fridge - bigger than the standard one you get in hotel rooms.

There's only a small sign on the door indicating the building, and that faces a side street, not the road. So, a little hard to find the first time.

Minowa-san (Die Leiterin) hat uns sehr unterstützt und sich darum gekümmert, dass unsere verloren gegangenen Koffer ins Hostel gebracht werden. Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig ausgestattet und auch die A/C - Heizung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die nächste Bahnstation ist innerhalb von 2 min erreichbar und man ist innerhalb von 20 min in Shinjuku. Auch der Supermarkt und 100yen Shop waren eine super Erleichterung. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, freies W-Lan in allen Zimmer Alles in allem kann ich das Hostel wirklich nur empfehlen

- wir mussten rumfragen, wo das Hostel liegt, das es versteckt in einer Seitengasse liegt und es keinerlei Hinweise auf das Hostel gibt - Sauberkeit war für jap. Verhältnisse i.O. , Europäer haben damit vielleicht etwas Probleme (einfach Sagrotan Tücher mitnehmen)

-Zimmer war sehr, sehr kalt. Musste mehrere Lagen Kleidung tragen, also wahrscheinlich keine Heizung -sehr schwer zu finden, kein größeres Schild, auf dem der Name steht oder so -nicht gerade sauber. Macht mir nichts aus, aber nicht unbedingt für Sauberkeitsfanatiker geeignet

チェックアウトの時間に制限がなく、好きな時に気兼ねなく出られるところ。

ドミトリーの二段ベットの下に泊まった。上の人がベットに上がった時の音が、壊れるのではないかと思え、怖- かった

オーナーさんは非常に親切でとても優しく、丁寧な対応をしていただけたのでとてもうれしかったです。安心し- て宿泊することができました。かなり安くに抑えることができたので本当にありがたかったです。また利用した- いです。

基本的に水回りなどはあまり清潔ではなかったように思います。ベッドの周りも気になりました。

とにかく安い！学生なので助かりました。女子のみなので安心です。 新宿や渋谷も近めなので、便利だと思います。 冷蔵庫やキッチンもあって自炊もできます。

談話室が狭いのが少し不便。

Great location! It has all you need to live. Take my case, I forgot to bring my towel but there is 100yen shop neat the hostel and it's just 1minutes by walk! A supermarket, a drug store and reasonable restaurant are in 5minutes.

短い間でしたがお世話になりました :) 就職活動中の方とも情報交換でき、大変有意義な4日間でした！ 本当に楽しかった！！！！ありがとうございました。

People here is kind and helpful especially 'Ito-san', her english is quite good. The environment is very good and peaceful.

A bit far from the city. Toilet and shower room is limit.

Some staff spoke good english though were not good at recommending proper itineraries

Too expensive for the location and the facilities: comfort is very minimum; but mostly because the hotel is so far from all sights you spend your time on buses very poor value for money there is an onsen both outdoors and indoors but cleanliness is questionnable with water for shower barely warm

no internet no staff who the guest will contact when they arrive the hostel less rest room and shower room

仕事での滞在でしたが、都合を理解していただけてよかったです。 部屋も清潔で、一人分には十分な広さでした。 仕事先から遠くなかったら、いつも利用したいと思いました。

駅から超近。説明では徒歩5分とあるが、実際は2分程度。閑静な住宅街で夜間の女子一人歩きにも不安がない- 。部屋は狭いが清潔で、クローゼット・机・冷蔵庫備え付け。WiFiシグナルも強力でパソコンするのに快適- 。オーナーさんも親切で感じがよい。つかの間東京での一人暮らしを体験できる感じ。実際、私の宿泊時も他の- 部屋の大部分は居住者であった。 very convenient location,just 2 mins walk from the station&silent residential area with stores near by.Small room but a closet,desk&fridge attached.The owner is friendly&kind.Recommendable for who wish to have an experience like a resident in tokyo.in fact,many of the people there were residents.

あくまで共同生活であり、いろいろな人がいる。気軽に楽しく会話できる人もいたが、夜中でも足音やドアの開- 閉に気を使わない人もいたので、あまり神経質な人には向かないと思う。あと布団が薄くほとんどベッド板に直- 寝的感覚だったので、腰痛持ちにはつらいかも。 it's NOT a hotel,rather like a dormitory.not suitable for who respect privacy and excellent cleaness. the Futon(japanese mattress) was super thin&hard.it might be hard to sleep for those who have a backache or are not used to sleep in the condition like that.

清潔とは言えない。壁が薄く、深夜に調理をする音が聞えてうるさい。トイレやシャワーの数が少ない。

1- La saleté. J'ai du nettoyer l'intérieur du frigo avant de l'utiliser. Passé le balai sous mon lit et sorti en plus d'une pelle de poussière,stylos, éventail, nouilles séchées, morceaux de vieux biscuits etc... Des gens logent à long terme et laissent de la nourriture en dehors du frigo et mangent dans la chambre qui n'est pas nettoyée et jamais aérée. Ça pue le renfermé. 1er jour, vu dans la chambre un cafard que je trouvais assez gros, 4ème soir, il y en avait un énorme sur le mur. +/-8 centimètres , je ne savais même pas qu'il en existait de si gros! 2- trop éloigné de Shinjuku. aller en +-20 minutes ok, mais au retour il faut prendre des correspondances d'où trajet de presque 1 heure.

女性オーナーの人柄、ビジネスに対する熱意に感銘しました。清掃スタッフの女性も非常に良い方です。短期滞- 在予定でしたが費用対効果が高い為延長しました。多国籍でも、意外に欧米のバックパッカーが多いかと推察し- ていたけれどアジア圏の留学生がメインの様です（外国籍の方）。為替レートと季節の関係でしょう。夏などは- 旅行者が多いそうです。また、No Show（予約後連絡取れず当日無連絡のキャンセル） が多くスタッフの方々も苦慮されています。このような事は、何処のゲストハウスでも有る事かもしれませんが- ・・・・、ちょっと・・・・、もし私がオーナーなら？（苦笑）　仕事と転居で忙殺され、事前予約確認をせねばと焦っていたタイミングでオーナーより予約確認の電話が入り本- 当に助かりました。

決して清潔では無いので（部屋はGood）共有スペースは、使い方の価値観の個人差が格差社会です。まあ、- ゲストハウスは多国籍なのでこんなものです。そのような環境に適応し、滞在者相互に配慮し合えるようにする- のは、オーナーやスタッフ側の問題ではありません。私達滞在者側のアクションと配慮とモラル倫理だと考えま- す。
