Staffs are very helpful & friendly and the room is spacious & clean. If you don't drive a car, the location maybe a little bite inconvenient.

The Staff was very Professional, Friendly and Efficient. Hotel was very clean. Food was O.K. Nothing to brag about. You would think that a fairly new, modern hotel would have better resturants. Most of our dining was done in other hotels because of this lack of quality. Hotel also did not have a Beauty Parlor for women guests.

I liked that it had direct beach access. Beautiful bay, mini golf for kids, nice place to walk, ride bikes. Hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful, however language was at times difficult. Beds were hard and small - no queen size bed or larger to sleep together. Although it was billed as a "resort" hotel, all activities (except laying on the beach) charged a fee - even snorkeling.

I do not recommend this place for any international travelers, the stuff hardly speaks English and practically there are no services in English available. I had impression that this is mostly location for wedding organization for Japanese/Chinese than a resort to rest.

Понравилось все, сервис на уровне, пляж прекрасный, море лазурного цвета, японский ресторан на 2 этаже - самый лучший из 5 ресторанов в отеле. Питание на завтрак могло быть лучше, вкуснее, но все-таки отель 3 звезды, поэтому соответственная еда.

The staffs there were excellent, caring and attentive, my child was suffering from insect bite, her left hand was swell seriously, the staffs who speak chinese there were very helpful, giving us medical advice as well as driving us to the nearest hosiptal, make sure we could receive a proper treatment.

露天風呂を楽しみにしていましたが周囲が塀に囲まれていて景色がまったく見えずこれではこれは露天風呂では- なく 屋外風呂です。 室内が乾燥していて加湿器の貸し出しをお願いしましたが 出来ないとのことでした。 又オーシャンビューでサンセット、サンライズの部屋をグレードアッ- プでお願いしましたがオーシャンビューはｏｋでしたがサンは全く見えない部屋の位置でした。

Uns hat die Lage am Meer gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist zwar durch eine kleine Straße vom Strand getrennt, diese hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen sind sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Sie sind groß, zudem sehr sauber und gut schallisoliert. Die Zimmer haben alle zumindest einen seitlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Hotel bietet für Kinder ein extra Spielzimmer und im Erdgeschoss eine kleine Spielhalle mit Spielautomaten für Kinder und einem Becken, in dem gegen Geld die Füße von kleinen Fischen angeknabbert werden - unsere Tochter (2) war begeistert. Auch gibt es im Eingangsbereich einen kleinen Laden, in dem man sich mit dem Nötigsten versorgen kann. Die Tatsache, dass das Hotel abgelegen auf dem Kap steht, hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da Okinawa sonst im Süden und in der Mitte ziemlich trubelig und zugebaut ist. Das Personal war auffallend freundlich und zuvor kommend und spricht zu großen Teilen gut Englisch. Da das Hotel recht abgelegen ist, sind viele auf die Restaurants im Hotel angewiesen. Diese sind jedoch sehr teuer und haben überwiegend eine Kantinen-/Mensa-Atmosphäre. Wenngleich das Essen immer lecker war. Zudem gingen wir davon aus, dass die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand (im nicht gerade geringen) Hotelpreis inbegriffen seien. Tatsächlich haben wir für einen Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen haben wir 30,00 € am Tag bezahlt. Soweit wir das beurteilen können, sind alle Zimmer Raucherzimmer (in jedem, das wir gesehen haben, steht ein Aschenbecher). In den oberen, frisch renovierten Zimmern riecht man jedoch nichts.
