Great room, nice view, delicious breakfast!!!! They have two types of break fast Japanese and Western and you can enjoy the view while you eat. Close to Bentencho Station but there is no staff in the station you better use google map it helps a lot.
It was bit far away from center point.
friendly and helpful stuff!
didn't like the pillow and the bed. It was too hard.
Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The view was completly awesome! There were shops close by as well as restaurants and a very easy to access train station
The bed was hard and the pillows were awful and flat.
Beautiful view of the city at night from room. Glad a small refrigerator was provided.
Found hairs in my bed and in the shower head.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to public transport which served the purpose of our stay perfectly.
clean and tidy room with nice view.
buffet was not so good. recomend you to have japanese breakfast even though i didn't try.
Wonderful view over Osaka Bay and the city (all rooms are on high floors) Very close to JR train and metro stations
Room has a constant wheezing noise (wind against the skyscraper? Air conditioning fans?), which however didn't prevent us sleeping well. Hotel is located in a well connected area, if slightly peripherical and without anything interesting to see and do.
Quite well connected by metro and train (loop line). There's also a direct line to Osaka Intl Airport.
Even though we booked a non-smoking room, my pillow case smelled of cigarette smoke.
Location very close to all the attractions. View is great, rooms start from the 30th floor. Convenience of the hotel.
This hotel is supposedly a 4*, this is a 3* at best. We paid over ¥60,000 for two nights, it certainly was not worth this money. The room is very basic for the price. It's ¥2,000 extra for breakfast, we asked if it was possible to check in an hour earlier and we were told it would cost us a ¥1,000 extra. For the price you would expect a better service. In the room you have to pay extra money for more satellite channels. The room is worth about half the price we paid for it.
The view is amazing. Unfortunately, that is the only thing I liked about this property.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The "double room" was a "single" room with two people. Extremely small bed for two people. The room was dated and desperately needs and renovation. The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere, even on non-smoking floors.
Great location as it was easy access to JR line and subway lines Breakfast on 51 st floor was great Clean rooms
Convenience to train station, beautiful view, friendly staff.
Small rooms and no temperature controls in the room.
Great view at room. Staff at reception are helpful with good English. Location is great, close to subway and JR.
The housekeeper put my bear-doll on the desk one day. i always hold the bear-doll sleep in the bed. I felt not comfortable.
Good location. Very convenient indeed! Nice view in the room.
Bed is a bit too small
Central to everything, It take 2 trains which is 5 mins, to get to dotonbori.
- nothing special.
- seem as air-condition not working. - there are 2 choice for breakfast but not value for money especially japanese style. - old toilet - no interested restaurant.
Beds were hard and pillows were rock hard. Difficult to get to sleep.
staff willing to help. great location. can easily find typical Japanese food nearby
I liked that it was a 5 min walk from the train.
The hotel itself was clean but the room was not. The room was in poor upkeep which should not be the case when your spending over 70,000 yen for a room.
I liked : - proximity to both subway and JR train stations - there were major groceries within 500 meters or less - the hotel amenities were good for the value of money - great view from our room
Terrible was the staff: - they did not extend to be of assistance to you - the desk staff did not speak english at all nor did he volunteer to get someone to help him and us. - so rigid... not service oriented
Breakfast buffet was not good value however it was a good hotel.
it is 5 min walk to a train station which has direct trains to Kansai airport. 1 hour trip.
The room was clean and the bed was confortable enough for one night. Apart from that you feel like you were 20 years back and has a cigarette smell. It was the most expensive hotel of my staying in Japan and also the worst of all. It is a rip off for what you get.
The view from the hotel and the cleanliness
The lack of English language
No AC during cold weather
Directions from train Bentencho station were not clear.
