The Hours Shonan Hiratsuka  

Propreté. Prix abordable. Café, thé et jus à volonté à l'accueil. Pc dans la chambre à défaut d'avoir le wi-fi. Distance à pied de la gare d'Hiratsuka, qui était parfait pour se situer entre Odawara (Hakone) et Kamakura.

L'hôtel avait changé de nom entre ma réservation et l'arrivée, et je n'en avais pas été informée! Pas de wi-fi dans les chambre.

Clean hotel not far from the jr station. We stayed here a couple of nights to visita Hakone area. Matresss not really comfortable. For the rest ok!

Matress not very comfortable. Too hard to sleep on. No wifi bit computer in the internet cafè for free.

Reasonable Hotel, Nothing To Complain About

It is near to the train station and transport facilities. We do not have any complain.

I live in Tokai Daigaku Shonan Campus and the last bus was at 9 in the evening, so it was a little difficult for me to keep up with my schedule. It is a minor thing, though.

Room was too small, price too high. There was no wifi.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was when I was Checking Out. Scale from 1-10 I would score it 1/2 of 1...

First of all the staff were extremly rude. I made the reservation in my name, Gave my credit card number for payment of my stay. When I arrived the registration process was going very well no language problems (I speek Japanese, lived in Japan for ten years) Then the desk clerk asked to make a xerox copy of my Passport which I declined (to much personal info on a Passport to have it copied by strangers, identity thieft come to mind) at which time the clerk just ignored me and started to talk to my girlfriend (who is Japanese) I told the clerk talk to me not my girlfriend the registration is in my name. The clerk then asked me "Do you speak perfect Japanese" I replyed "No" and asked her "Do you speak perfect English" she replyed "No" and turned towards my girlfriend ignored me once again and continued to talk in a very harsh tone towards my girlfriend. Bottom line was if I would not allow my Passport to be copied then she would have to give them her home address and Phone number and she would have to register the room in her name, but they would gladly charge my credit card for payment. I noticed japanese guest that were registering did not have to produce any type of I.d . they just filled out some paper work and paid in cash. I felt embarrased that I was treated that way and to have that happen in front of my girlfriend really had my blood boiling. The bed was very hard had to keep turning in bed and didn't sleep very well. U.S. passports are not to be copied check with the State Dept.

低価格であっても室内、サービスとも通常のビジネスホテルとして変わらないと思いました またシングル１室２名の利用でしたが、ベッドもそれほど狭いとは感じませんでした

The service of the staff is relative not as good as other Japan hotel. The hotel is basically aim for people who stay for a few hour. The car park is easily full. Generally speak, this is the below average hotel I stay in JP.
