- staff poor english - tricky to find - all the walking, several elevators - poor location for a tourist

Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way.

Having to use two different elevators to get to our room was mildly annoying.

Staff were helpfull and courteous. Central location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was spectacular, cool vibe good food and drink! Very nice view of Tokyo from our small yet efficient room.

Food and drink were expensive but in line with staying in Tokyo.

The location was good and the view was amazing. I got the room with the view of water and the park. The staff was very kind and efficient. The room was small but functional and impeccable.

Fantastic views from high level rooms provide sense of space in a very crowded area. Very convenient location with good transport links and great range of restaurants and other facilities nearby.

Room slightly small for two people (only room for one easy chair), but not bad for Tokyo. Staggeringly expensive "ty" restaurant even though exceptional cuisine.

The location and great views from the room are exceptional. If you specify that you book a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, you can also admire the Fuji.

The breakfast is too expensive

We loved the location, views, the breakfast buffet, the bar and the convenience of having a 711 in the basement. They provided a portable cot for our baby which was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again.

The bar was quite expensive, the room fairly small but I think that is standard in Tokyo.

Location excellent for Tokyo. Briliant view of Tokyo Tower and on the horizon Mt Fuji. Very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms (although a bit small) Would we stay again. Yes.

Breakfast was uninspired. As a result didnt feel inclined to use the main restaurant. There are plenty of great small restaurants around locally within walking distance.

Ease of access,helpful staff,near to a great variety of restaurants,Family mart on B1 level has all you might need to tie you over for basic needs.View on a clear day is awesome Tokyo tower Mount Fuji and city view.I stayed with my 8 year old son and he felt totally at ease, with a view of shimbashi station and trains coming and going to keep his attention. Beds super comfy woke up each morning feeling refreshed and alive.

If I was to find fault it would be a very minor one.NONE

I booked a room with a view of Tokyo city and when we got there we were told we would have to pay extra for the view of the city otherwise we would have a view of the railway track.

They offer at the booking.com a gym and spa...! What did the hotel do: they took 1 hotelroom of 18m2, and did put in: training bicylce and 1 crosstrainer. That is all. This "gym"must be reserved by the guests in advance, can only book 45 minutes, and have to pay 5 euro. Sorry, but that is not a gym....! For the spa, same story... You feel misleaded if you select this hotel for the gym facility, like I did and also some other guests I spoke to at the same stay!

I love the hotel and their bed just 4 stations to odaiba.

Staff were helpful and views were great. I would recommend to others visiting Tokyo.
