It is about 15 minutes to the Red Brickworks warehouse, one straight road down to there. The service staff is friendly and approachable. They try to help whenever possible. The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the Hakodate morning market and the Hakodate JR station. It is about 15 minutes to the Red Brickworks warehouse, one straight road down to there. The service staff is friendly and approachable. They try to help whenever possible. The view from the restaurant is awesome ... It offers a full view of Hakodate. The room is very small and the toilet facilities is pretty tight for an average Asian. The breakfast buffet is average but the staff was accommodating even though I was late.

Stayed one night for business trip. Convenient to meet clients because located in front of JR's Hakodate Station. Connected by bus from Hakodate Airport. Several facilities in the guest room were old and a little bit aged.
