Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto  

The room we were in smelled of smoke although I requested for a non-smoking room. The air-conditioner is not cool.

Amenities and staff were awesome.

Room a little small for 4 people, but that was okay.

Shuttle service from Kyoto Station is nice. location being close to Kyoto station is accessible to a lot of the city sightseeing points

the bed wasn't that good, I could feed all the springs. the heat was a bit high, even when I turned the settings down to 18C

Proximity to train station

First of all the location of Righa Royal Kyoto is perfect. Breakfast buffet is well and Breakfast room has an ideal size which allows comfortable breakfast. Transport service from the train station is perfect.

Bigger hotel but well organized.

The breakfast was identical every day with smaller choice but excellent quality of foods.

Absolutely impersonnal.

Top of Kyoto Restaurant, simply mesmeric and beautiful. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful

Many people seemed to have a breakfast coupon that came with their room. We did not have one but were short on time and ate breakfast at the hotel "coffee shop." This turned out to be the only bad meal we had in 10 days in Japan. Overpriced at 2500 yen and barely edible. I recommend that unless it's included (and maybe even then) go anywhere else for breakfast aside from the hotel buffet.

Big rooms for a Japanese hotel for a decent price. Quiet in spite of the nearby busy railway.

They charge for tea bags in the room as in a coffe shop (300 yen)

Front lobby carpeting was bit shabby. I think it's time for new carpet.

今回インターネットで予約させていただき、1,5万円ほどで宿泊させていただきましたが(朝食抜き）、インターネット予約で１万円以下で（朝食付き）をと- っていらっしゃる方を聞きました。 　 本当の話とするとずいぶん同じ部屋で価格が違うのですね。やりきれない気持ちがあります。

スタッフの方々の対応もよく気持ちよく過ごせました。

房间较大，位置方便。总体服务较好。早餐较为丰富。

Quarto amplo e confortável. Atendimento de qualidade. Serviço de ônibus para a estacao a cada 15 minutos - eficiente e muito pratico (devia ser mencionado nas específicacoes do booking.com - fomos a pe da estacao ao hotel e chegamos exaustos!)

Localização - não fica em lugar bonito, embora seja pratico devido a proximidade da estacao Quarto - um dos lados da cama de casal encostado a parede e sem luz de cabeceira, o que contraste com a categoria do hotel. Falta, ainda, acesso a canais de tv de fora da ásia. Preço - caro

L'emplacement est correct, ma chambre était confortable et correctement équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la connexion wifi disponible dans les chambres et très rapide.

L'équipement de la salle de bain laisse un peu à désirer, tout y est, mais la dernière rénovation remonte probablement à très longtemps. Je n'ai pas aimé l'absence de vod sur la télévision ni le très restreint bouquet de chaînes en langues étrangères. L'absence de tv5 et la présence d'un cadre d'information qui prend un quart de l'écran sur toutes les chaînes qui ne sont pas en japonais était également pénible. La sélection au petit déjeuner est également très décevante.
