Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay  

Excellent facilities: lots of restaurants to choose from, clean and spacious room with nice ocean view, relaxing hot springs, large indoor and outdoor pools, convenience store, souvenir shop, nail salon, kids playroom. Parking is free if you are staying overnight at the hotel.

A couple of the restaurants had smoking areas in front of the entrance (inside the hotel). Would like to see smoking areas outside of the hotel only. Izakaya menu was very limited. More vegetarian choices needed at all restaurants.

Even there was cable tv we could see only very limited number of channels they charge us for the chairs and towels on the beach

It is a resort with a multitude of restaurants and other services. The 7 restaurants offer good value for money. The rooms are spacious and are kept very clean. The views over the ocean from the rooms are excellent.

There is no #1 gourmet restaurant with a la carte. The beach is quite narrow at high tide, and unusable at low tide, as the water recedes by several hundred meters.

Pillow too high. No gynasium. No room wifi.

The room is very big and the bed is king size.The breakfast can change to lunch so that we can have more time for sleep.

Wifi only available in the Lobby and not in the room. Seasonal beach activities ie Slides and outdoor pool and jetskis to rent. Parking should be free to customers.

Thx to the chinese speaking lady at the front counter who helped my daughter to find her little polar bear doll which has been accidentally packed for cleaning on our second day at the hotel.

my wife lose a nicklace(silver Tiffany mini Oper heart) during staying at your hotel, and hope to get it back.

a) have big carparking area. b) have free cultural show near hotel main lobby area c) nice and big restaurants, convenient & gift shops available.

no free car parking fee for hotel patrons.

The staff is very friendly and efficient, good food choice and quality at the restaurants, lots of services available right at the hotel (car rental companies, travel agency, several boutiques, etc.) Wonderful views of the ocean for those who have chosen sea view rooms (they are worth the small price difference!)

It would be great to have more hotel brochures printed in English; hotel can be very crowded and noisy (lots of kids) during holidays season.

easy to get to and from via airport limo bus; excellent breakfast (very diversified, both western and eastern food); excellent restaurants (again, all sorts of cuisines); good housekeeping and friendly and attentive staff, even if the ones who don't speak English very well.

no safe in the room; all hotel guides and brochures only in Japanese; you have to pay to rent towel for the pool; location is 1h30 from Naha city and 1h away from Kadena (tough to get around via public transportation); meals are pricy and you have to pay everytime you eat (I couldn't add it all up and pay for it all in the end, at check-out)

Very good beach in fron of the hotel, easy to access other sightseen points if you have a car. The restaurants inside the resort have a suitable price, not so expansive as in most part of resort hotels.

The price of sun umbrellas and chairs for the beach are very expansive.

价格实惠。海滩超级美！自助早餐和午餐可以择其一非常好，上午可以睡足再起来吃饭。有四个餐厅是自助餐有烤- 肉 地中海 琉球料理 广东菜。晚上七点半和八点多有两场表演。 巴士20/120路都能到酒店，也有酒店巴士 ，这要提前查好不然就走了冤枉路。酒店里没有健身房 但是在游泳池门口有水上娱乐项目列表很丰富 潜水之类的也分好几类，需要预订

风吕要收费 但是海景的风吕很美很享受

中華バイキングが美味しかった 周辺には何もないので、ホテルでの食事が充実していて良かった。沢山の選択がある。
