Rooms had microvawes. Lobby nice. Situated close to nice restaurants and bars.
I expected more. We stayed in 2 different kinds of rooms during our 3 week Japan trip. One of the rooms was bigger and more expensive for the weekend and the other was tiny for the week... The hotel would need a face lift. Dirty, marks and scratched here and there, beds old with broken springs, extremely dirty windows... Hotel next to a bug highway and view over the street. Not a design hotel and not worth the room price.
- hotel position - staff was friendly and was able to speak english without problems
- wifi was free but so slow that you can't use it - the bed was too small and the pillow was very unconfortable
The hotel is very comfortable, clean, quiet, and friendly. The location is just great, close to Roppongi cross, right beside a lane with trendy restaurants, and close to the Aoyama cemetery and parks for those who enjoy going out for jogging early in the mornings. The breakfast is good value for money and the hotel is simply so comforting with its colours, design and lighting after a long trip and possible jetlag.
The front desk should improve a bit. They are helpful but a bit disorganised during any busy period in the morning.
very small, not helpful staff, bad room service
Stylish hotel in good location. Close enough to my business and social meetings but far enough away from Roppongi and bothersome African street touts. I usually tell associates to avoid Roppongi area because of the touts, but will recommend Hotel s in the future.
High tech, clean and feels like a cosy (albeit small but expected in Japan) home. Metro is a 10min walk but actually bus stop across gets you to shibuya which is a breeze during non peak hours
Just a bit far from the metero I guess since I have quite. A big luggage. 10min walk but very easy to locate the hotel since it's along the main road.
I appreciated the cleaning , and situation of the hotel. Good general feedback
By the way, almost everything perfect, except the noise of the air conditioning and ventilation and the room is not recommanded for tall people!
Good clean hotel, handy for transport links. Reasonable breakfast buffet. Rooms were bright and clean. Overall good value for money.
Funky style meant hallways were very dark. Rooms were small but that is standard in Japan.
The location, and the amazing staff
nothing at all
I like the location which is close to the city center and Haneda.
The standard rooms were far too small for the price of the rooms, not very good value for money.
Close to the Underground and both Roppongi Hills and Midtown complexes, Shibuya and Omotesando are in reach. Cool design and very cleverly set up rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel is clean and comfortable. You walk only 5 minutes to reach bars and restaurants area.
There are better locations for roppongi area.
The location is central for shopping
Modern interior, room size considered big in JP. Comfortable bed.
Walkway is too dark, shld increase lighting.
Great location friendly and helpful staff. The staff were all professional in rendering their service. The rooms were clean and well. Excellent Wi-Fi.
i expected much more for the price. very basic hotel.
Free Wi-Fi Local resturants
Great room and quite spacious for Tokyo. Friendly helpful staff and great little breakfast restaurant round the corner called Plate Tokyo.
Japanese style room, very tidy. Washing machine and fridge. Friendly staff.
Windows facing the wall, noisy aircondition
Rugs in corridors and lifts were dirty. One electricity socket had the cabls exposed.
Nice place.Well located subway at 5 mints walking.Lot of restaurants and pubs all around
- Location was very close to my office and metro - Good price for the area - Nice decoration
- Not easy to find in Google maps. Sending me to another location. - Not all staff spoke English so sometimes not sure if they understood what I needed. - Room a bit small but OK for what I needed
Roppongi S is a real find; the location, as others have said, is great; close to the Metro with many small bars and restaurants within 500m, really recommend you explore the places just below street level around there. The room was definately the largest of the 6 hotels we stayed in on this trip; many of those costing significantly more. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise from the highway can be a little bit intrusive on the upper floors as it is right outside, if you are a light sleeper ask for a lower floor room.
The staff was really great!
