Rose Hotel Yokohama    

The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. We had tours in Tokyo and Kyoto and were easily able to get to them!

We asked for a non smoking room. The room we got was non smoking but still smelled like an ashtray. Almost as if the room was smoking until it was time to check in. Then once we did the just took out the ashtrays.

The staff was wonderful, most spoke excellent English, and the location was fantastic: close to waterfront and China Town. The price was extremely good, I will definitely stay there in the future.

Our Wireless Internet didn't work and it was repaired immediately.

situated in the heart of yokohama s china town. staff are very helpful and friendly.

not so much dislike, rather surprised that they did not have a business centre and that they were rather stingy on the tea and coffee making facilities :I had two sachets of tea but no instant coffee. on the other hand there were a lot of staff in the lobby a porter, a groom etc. I think I passed through about five hands before getting to my room and yet they stint on a few sachets of tea and coffee. Yet they let me use the information desk computer to check my emails and each time they saw me they pulled out the computer, so I don t want to put them down , but it did surprise me.

They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of there way to help us.

The Wi-Fi in the Lobby needs to be stronger.

From the moment we arrived in The Rose,everyone was so helpful, especially Rosita, did so much for us. Even letting tired travellers in to our room earlier... thanks so much... :)

I had enjoyed to stay because it locates very close to china town, so easy for return to hotel after we enjoy dinner and shopping at night. Additionally, so scilent inside the hotel althouth outside of hotel is noisy. So good!

The location near Chinatown and Yamashita Park made this hotel accessible (walking distance) to many nice locations. The pool and jacuzzi on the roof was a nice added touch.

Although WI-FI is free, no many outlet available to plug in computer without unplugging a lamp, TV, etc. The decor was slighty old and looked very used.....but still good room and size for the money. Iwill stay there again. ..

Its location is excellent as it is inside the China Town and close proximity to scenic spots as Yamashita Park and Minato Mirai 21. It's a 3min walk to the underground station Motomachi-Chukagai. We stayed at a twin bed room and the bed is big enough for an adult and a child without adding extra bed. I also liked the shower facility in the bathroom. The hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful too though some of them are not very good in English. Overall experience is very good.

Its check-in time at 3pm is a bit late as we arrived early in the morning. It will be great if the rate can include breakfast or a bit lower. The hotel room does not equip with safe facility and we had to leave our laptop at the front desk when we had to go out for long hours.

Schöne Lage nahe dem Hafen und in Chinatown,mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

立地が良かったです！お部屋も中華街という場所柄、アジアンな家具で、お部屋も広くくつろげました。

全館のエアコンだったと思います。わたしには若干肌寒く感じました。

中華街の駅から近い。中華街も目の前。

たばこアレルギーのため、禁煙室をお願いしていたのに、混雑しているとのことで消臭をしただけの喫煙ルーム- になってしまった。このため、ひどい鼻炎、咳に悩まされ、大変な思いをした。やはり、アレルギーに関しては- 重大に受け止めてほしい。
