Excellent location the front gate is only a 5 minute walk. Free parking and WiFi
The bed was very firm and only had 1 pillow.
Pleasant, warm and comfortable
The location in the center of Misawa is good. The personnel speaks English. You can open the window. The room is fully equipped
The beds are usually not the best in the Western style japanese hotels. This hotel has the standard ones.
I fully enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Route-Inn. The location was perfect, the staff very friendly/helpful and overall price great.
The bed could be much more comfortable and there was only one pillow. Breakfast was okay but there was not much variety. Wi-Fi was pretty weak on the 10th floor.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating; things were kept very clean and orderly. The "self cafe" coffee was very good. The location is superb; hotel is located at the town center of Misawa.
Beds are way too firm for most westerners, although I did adjust after a few nights. The breakfast buffet did not really contain western breakfast options. There are no western media (TV, newspapers, etc) available on premises.
It was a true Japanese experience. It had overly firm small mattresses, compact (small) efficient bathrooms, slippers and house sandals, Japanese style sleeping clothes and a complimentary buffet that included Japanese and western choices. The location close to the air base made if very convenient for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
It had overly firm small mattresses, compact (small) bathrooms. It was tolerable for a short period but not an extended stay.
Location and value and staff
Everything was good
Within walking distance to almost anything I needed. Easy walk to the train and plenty of places to eat in the area.
Bed was a little hard but not much else to complain about.
The location the room the breakfast the staff thank you
hotel was barren, internet did not work. room very small, beds very uncomfortable.
Very friendly staff, location to Military Base good. Festivals during season good. Misawa is a nice place to visit with many things to see and do.
Room too small, only stayed 1 night out of 14 planned and did not receive my refund promptly, still waiting for it to be sent into my account. You need a car to get around. There are rarely any busses and taxi's are too expensive since everything is so far away unless you are military and can access the base.
