On site car parking. Very close to train station (1 minute walk). The hotel had us booked in a smoking room, not non-smoking as requested at the time of booking. We became aware of this when checking in and the staff member was reluctant to move us to a non-smoking room. She did, eventually, but she made it all seem very difficult. Not a great customer service experience.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist gut erreichbar, die Gegend ist als sehr angenehm zu bezeichnen und weckt in keinster Weise das Gefühl, dort unsicher zu sein (ich schreibe dies da ein paar Amerikaner dies erwähnt hatten). Wie überall in Japan gibt es keine wirklich gut zu lesenden Strassennamen. Die Hausnummern werden nach Baujahr, nicht nach Ort angebracht - das Hotel war anhand der Adresse alleine sehr schwierig zu finden. Das Personal spricht nur teilweise Englisch.

I loved the location - in downtown Yokohama between Minato-mirai and the Yamashita Park area. The beds were ridiculous. I do not exaggerate when I say I am fairly certain it was merely a box spring with padded mattress cover on top. I have never slept on a bed that had so little give.

Ein sehr preiswertes typisch japanisches Business Hotel. Sehr gut organisiert, mit kleinem Onsen, gratis Cafe in der Lobby etc. Alles was man für einen kurzen angenehmen Aufentalt braucht. Direkt neben der U-Bahn Station. Das Frühstück ist zwar im Preis inbegriffen aber leider sehr schlecht. Wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum, kaum Auswahl, eher Jugendherbergs Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht.

スタッフの対応・挨拶・屋上温泉はとても良かったです。 部屋内の浴槽の排水が悪く、排水時にトイレの床に水と埃の塊が溢れたので改善されたほうが宜しいかと思いま- す。
