I liked the hotel was in a quiet area but close to highways and main roads. There were a few restaurants and a 7-11 within 1 min walking distance as well. There was also free coffee and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying a night while in transit to other areas of Japan. The hotel staff were very nice like most in Japan.
I was not very enthused about having a bed and pillows that were as stiff as sleeping on plywood boards. I prefer a more firm bed but this one in particular was similar to sleeping on a floor. After a very long & exhausting day on a motorbike (8+ hours), it was not the most inviting aspect to arrive to. However, since I was only staying one night and I was wiped from the day, I fell asleep quickly anyhow.
