Everything ! The japonese style room was nicely decorated, the public bath were beautiful, the staff was really kind and helpfull
Very traditional, nice staff, near major attraction
far from the stations, not for everybody (sleeping on the floor)
The friendliness of the staffs really make us felt at home.
Design and layout of rooms. Futons good. Public baths Japanese breakfast excellent Not noisy Close to everything
No backed chairs or lounge to sit on made it uncomfortable to spend long time in room. Bathroom average
The staff are outstanding. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, a small low rise street yet close to many shops, restaurants and the metro. Their breakfast was also a real treat. Delicious Japanese breakfast served by attentive staff.
My husband could not see himself in the bathroom mirror as it was too low. The toilet cubicle was also too small for him and he is not a giant. There was also no English speaking channel on TV.
location, english spoken, sleeping in tatami.
in our room toilets smell like urine, sink was blocked, everything old (not because these are antiquity) not adequate for more than 1 night stay.
great experince in a ryokan during my travelling. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying for a night in such a traditional place and definetely I would recommend it.
The Japanese public bath was amazing, felt really great. Stone and wooden bath, awsom.
The whole ryokan had an old smell. The room bathroom and toilet smelled. I really didn't like the smell of the room and the whole hotel-ryokan.
The staff and the hotel is very warm. Very impressive Japanese expense.
proximity to Asakusa and Senso-ji temple great staff - they greeted us really nicely and explained everything green tea and boiling water in the room baths for the guests that was truly a Japanese inn experience!
I don't like that I didn't have a chance to try any food
