The friendly staff who bent over backwards to look after us, the clean comfortable room, the close vicinity to Shibuya. Cigarette smell, some things a little dated but overall good.

Staff are very friendly. The Hotel has a bit more personality than others I've stayed at in Shibuya. Lifts are very small. Hotel signage outside could be improved.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nur knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Shibuya Station, Shibuya Kreuzung und dem Einkaufsviertel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

قريب من منطقة شيبويا التجارية الاستقبال كانوا سيئين جدا ، لقد اقمت حوالي ستة ايام ثم خرجت لفندق واشنطن شونجوكو كانو رائعين مقارنه بساكورا واسعارهم افضل

Emplacement excellent (au coeur du quartier Shibuya) et personnel très chaleureux et efficace. L'une des chambres supposée non fumeur sentait le tabac.

This is a terrific small hotel--greast staff, great location. I will return. This is a lovely small hotel. Internet worked, hotel is clean, staff wonderfully helpful.

The rooms were small but cute and the staff were friendly. The hotel was a short walk from Shibuya crossing, so very convenient.

This hotel is not a 'vacation'hotel. It is mainly used by Japanese businessmen. The rooms are very small. Fine for a 'one night' stop over if you are on business but not if your purpose is for a vacation. If I was to compare this hotel to the UK, my response would be that it compares to a 1960,s seaside Hotel/Bed & Breakfast, without the view of the sea. I know this sounds harsh but it is realistic in comparing the hotel within a European model. On the plus side...staff were very helpful and when I decided only to stay one night instead of seven, I received a refund for the nights I did not stay, without any hassle! That would not have happened in the UK or USA.

Bon emplacement Décoration de l'accueil très agréable Décoration, aménagement et équipement de la chambre très inférieurs à la description et aux photos tres avantageuses mises en avant sur le site de booking. Une découverte du lieu décevante. Le Site booking indiquait un petit déjeuner continental à l'hôtel alors que l''hôtel ne propose aucun petit déjeuner....
