The Staff was very kind and is very helpful. They are also very good at English.
The room was a bit small but that really didn't bother me that much because I only used it for sleeping.
The staff speaks english and they have a lot of helpful maps to get around. There are also a few nice places to eat near by and the station is within a block of the hotel so its easy to get to.
The breakfast is a non breakfast since it consists of just bread and coffee. The wifi works on the bottom floor but is very weak on the 4th floor where we stayed.
Very good value for money Central location (short train travel to shinjuku or 15 min walk) Free wifi Lots of 24h open places to eat just and a convenience store just outside the hotel
Very small rooms (but you get what you pay for I guess) Poor wifi reception in the rooms but it´s free so hard to argue here.
I didn't like anything for the money what I hv paid for it is worth only $30 where as you hv chared us $100 kindly arrange for a refund
I didn't like anything from that hotel
-Economical -Two stop away from Shinjuku main station -Clean
-Wifi was not great from room
The hotel is located in a very nice area, the service is very good, I guess the service in Japan is marvelous everywhere and this hotel isn't the exception
Small room and internet signal sometimes doesn't work in the room properly but who cares I don't want to Facebook while I'm in the amazing Japan
Close to metro All staff speak excellently english Staff is extremely helpful to answer questions
WiFi reception in room was fickle Stale smell in the room
We absolutely loved our stay at Sakura. The location is very convenient, a short train ride to Shinjuku station. Very relaxed multi cultural atmosphere. Excellent facilities and very close to restaurants, convenient store, drug store, post office. We will definitely be back again!
The staff are soo nice and helpful! and also they speak excellent English. the breakfast is not big but lovely.
the rooms are very small
Location was convenient
cold water from the sink wasn't working properly extremely small room for two people
Close to train Stn
Sakura Hotel Hatagaya the noisy persons next door very inconsiderate !
The hotel is great for backpackers with cheap and cheerful food and drink. The cafe is open 24 hours with a few outdoor tables to chill and have a beer. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay and good value given the price and location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved the surrounding area. We stumbled across a great local bar around the corner with friendly staff and a great selection of whisky.
Good atmosphere, with a lobby area where you can buy a variety of foods and beverages. Cheap breakfast and nice staff. Close to a train station and easy to find.
A bit far away from Tokyo's main tourist attractions. Room and bathroom was very small. Bit overpriced.
Accessible and value for money. Only 4mins away (by train) from Shinjuku stn. Staffs speak English.
Wifi is too weak inside our hotel room and breakfasts doesn’t include any egg.
The hotel is very near many places worth visiting. Great service and nice staff. Although the breakfast was a bit lacking I am very pleased with this hotel. The low price makes it even better. I will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.
Very close to the train station
Very cramped room
I liked how the hotel acknowledged the countries of its guests. It was a good way to show how internationalized the world is becoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is well placed with many things close by such as convenience stores and market.
This hotel is clean. The staff are very nice, helpful, polite & speak English very well. Breakfast is OK, all-you-can eat buffet style. Egg is additional JPY 100 (only boiled egg available). I like the type of shower with powerful pressure water (hot & cold). Location is the best part. Only 100m from Hatagaya station (2 stops from Shinjuku Station via Keio New Line) subway.
Room is so small (std. double room), no space (even) for luggage (they have bigger room with more expensive price). Recommended for traveller with 1 (one) cabin size luggage only. If you travel with your partner and each of you have a 26-28 luggage size, prepare to wait outside your room when your partner packing his/her belongings. No jet shower at toilet. No hot eggs on breakfast.
the Location is very convenient, as it is surrounded by lots of bars and restaurant and the subway station Shinjuku is only 3 stops away.
The rooms are a bit noisy at night and very cramped, which makes it somewhat difficult for two people to move around. The breakfast is a bit poor (white bread, toast, jam & marmalade, coffee, tea, 1 soup)
Close by to train station. Affordable.
Reception could've been warmer and more helpful. Room was very small. Good for one person.
2 train-stops away from Shinjuku, close to train station, and great value for money. The room is compact but decent. Free wi-fi.
The included breakfast has not much to offer (bread, jam, milk, and daily soup). If you did not book breakfast, there may not be need to pay extra for it. There are quite some restaurants and a bakery just near by.
