Proximity to Odori Park for Winter Snow Festival; walking distance to Suskino.

A bit difficult to spot at night because the sign for the hotel is a small placard instead of the typical bright billboards most hotels have.

    Hair dryer was broken.

    Perfect location for snow festival.

A little expensive because of the festival.

Hotel is located in a nice spot in central Sapporo. Rooms are reasonably large and offer all the needed facilities.

Couldn't pay with my credit card, although the problem could've been on my side.

Great location to stroll along Odori Park during the Snow Festival. We brought young kids and we didn't have to walk that long to get there and so we were able to enjoy the grandiose ice sculptures.

There is only one staff (Duan) that could speak good English. It was very challenging especially when we had problem with our return flight. It was hard to communicate.
