big room and comforting, right at the train station, and lots of shop and eateries around.

Have to pay if you want to use the swimming pool. kids under 12 not allows.

Very comfortable room, location is near to train station. However, need to change twice to get to Shinosaka station.

The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It was right next to the train station, so that made taking day trips very easy.

Good food, good staff, near shopping cebter, near the subway.

Bed is a bit small.

Close to shopping and subway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. I picked the hotel because it provides free internet. Actually, I was a stranded European due to volcano ash and needed a web connection.

Breakfast was too expensive.

Spacious, we travelled as a family with 4 persons staying comfortably in a bedroom which sleeps 3. It was very clean and is right next to a subway.

A central town hotel. big clean rooms an beds/ good service and comfortable matress, pillows and working A/C. Breakfast is poor in vegetable and western foog but full wite Japanese food ( and they are not the majority guests)

Loved the location above the subway & railway and the dept store next door.

Room was confortable and had a very nice view over the city. Service provided by staff was excellent. A convenient place to make site visits and enjoying the city life.

I like most is the friendly service from the hotel staff, they are very helpful and prompt in their services.

Hotelli oli siisti ja sisäänkäynti näyttävän moderni. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja laadukasta. Siisti huone, siivous toimi hyvin. Ystävällistä henkilökuntaa ja erittäin palveluhenkistä, vaikkei yhteistä kieltä löytynytkään.

Hotellin henkilökunnan olisi odotttanut osaavan englantia, huone oli aika vanha, vaikkakin hyvin siisti. Kaikki muut palvelut hotellissa todella kalliita, eikä alle 13v lapsia saanut viedä hotellin uima-altaalle, koska se olisi ollut vaarallista. Paikallisia karttoja olisi kiva olla saatavilla.
