The location is fantastic - access to trains to Nara and Kyoto. Plenty of good restaurants close by. 20 minute walk to the heart of the CBD shopping area. Free wireless internet access too. Easy to get to - bus from KIX straight to the door and back. Was disappointed that the use of facilities - the pool and gym - cost a not-insignificant-amount. Most 4-5 star places we've stayed in Asia - you haven't had to pay - or it was very nominal. The room was a little tired - in an older part of the hotel or perhaps not renovated for a while. Our friend's room was smaller - but had better fittings etc. |

Room was confortable and had a very nice view over the city. Service provided by staff was excellent. A convenient place to make site visits and enjoying the city life. |

ruhige Lage und Preiswert über Booking.com, verkehr zum Kansai Flughafen ist ganz vor der Tür vom Hotel ein bisschen alte Lage und keine gute verbindung für U-Bahn |

Cambiaban la sábanas y toallas a diario, albornoz y zapatillas, muchos articulos de higiene. Internet gratis. Sólo tenía dos cajones y la habitación para los gustos europeos se queda pequeña, pero merece la pena |

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stock mit Blick über Osaka - einfach atemberaubend. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und das Bett super bequem. Mit dem Airportbus, der direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt kommt man bequem und schnell zum Flughafen. |

Prima toegankelijk via de metro, zit gewoon in het station. Mooie grote, ruime lobby met zitjes en restaurant, prima kamer met ruimte om je te bewegen. Dat is in Japan een luxe! Internet op je kamer! 'Mood lightning' is fraai in lobby en opgang naar de lobby. Apart betalen voor spa/zwembad. Weinig mensen maken er gebruik van op deze manier. Ik in ieder geval niet (ik ga geen 8 euro of meer betalen om te 'kunnen' zwemmen). |
