大阪へ出張の時は常に宿泊しています。地下鉄に直接アクセスがあり便利な立地です。食事をするのにも便利。- 何より部屋の設備やアメニティがすばらしい。ヘブンリーベッドは最高の寝心地です。ホテルは５ツ星なみのす- ばらしさなのに、料金が４ツ星のとてもお得なホテル。

Location.

Decor very old and stained, hand basin cracked. Occasionally noisy.

Staff very polite, check in and out were effortless. Room very clean with bathrobes and night shirts provided daily

Would have like the facility to make free coffe in room in the morning. The coffee provided formed part of the mini bar and was quite expensive.

I was delighted with my reservation.My luggage had been sent ahead and I was taken to my room by a charming young lady who spoke very good English. The staff is "top notch". The hotel has all the amenities a traveler would want. I will certainly use your booking service in the future.

CEntral location. Ease to public transport.

It was beautifull. At first, the bus from airport took us to entrance of Hotel. the staff, room -- was excellent.

This hotel is excellent!! Should everyone stay.

The location is fantastic - access to trains to Nara and Kyoto. Plenty of good restaurants close by. 20 minute walk to the heart of the CBD shopping area. Free wireless internet access too. Easy to get to - bus from KIX straight to the door and back.

Was disappointed that the use of facilities - the pool and gym - cost a not-insignificant-amount. Most 4-5 star places we've stayed in Asia - you haven't had to pay - or it was very nominal. The room was a little tired - in an older part of the hotel or perhaps not renovated for a while. Our friend's room was smaller - but had better fittings etc.

Hotelli oli siisti ja sisäänkäynti näyttävän moderni. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja laadukasta. Siisti huone, siivous toimi hyvin. Ystävällistä henkilökuntaa ja erittäin palveluhenkistä, vaikkei yhteistä kieltä löytynytkään.

Hotellin henkilökunnan olisi odotttanut osaavan englantia, huone oli aika vanha, vaikkakin hyvin siisti. Kaikki muut palvelut hotellissa todella kalliita, eikä alle 13v lapsia saanut viedä hotellin uima-altaalle, koska se olisi ollut vaarallista. Paikallisia karttoja olisi kiva olla saatavilla.
