Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka  

En çok sevdiğimiz yönü, ulaşım açısından müthiş kolaylık sağlaması. çünkü tren istasyonunun hemen yanında olması, ulaşmak istediğimiz heryöne rahat ulaşımımıza yol açtı. ayrıca Kansai airporttan doğrudan otele ulaşım aracının olması bize müthiş kolaylık sağladı. diğer taraftan gecelik ücreti, son derece makul idi verilen hizmette son derece güzel, otel personeli çok güleryüzlü idi. teşekkür ediyoruz.

Sevmediğimiz bir yönünün olduğunu düşünmüyoruz. Keşke daha uzun süre Osaka da Sheraton Miyako Otel de kalabilseydik.

The location was great and the stuff is wonder full the room size is reasonable.

Evry thing was great.

1. Bathroom needs renovation as soon as possible. 2. Hotel staff is too mechanism, not helpful and very strict forward. Case 1: Q :We are couple, can you change the twin-bed to double-bedroom? A : No, no more double-bed room Q : How about tomorrow? A : No, no more Case 2: Q : Our flight departs at evening, can you offer free late check-out? A : OK, you can check out at 12:00 and we will charge for further late check-out

The room was large compared to other hotels - perfect for three people. The 2:00pm Check-In was convenient. The late Check-out option was fabulous - thank you. Having an English Newspaper delivered each morning was appreciated. The location was great and having the Airport Limousine bus at the door saved us a lot of hassle.

Security - we were surprised the hotel didn't have security measures to stop just anybody from accessing the floors. Other hotels we've been to had a room card reader in the lift.

The rooms were old. There is not enough amenities in the room

the location - the airport buses pick up from the front of the hotel and the subway is in the basement and there is a supermarket and dept store.

The hotel is good value for money. It is directly above a subway line- Kinetesu Line with a huge departmental shopping complex linked to the hotel. There is also a new shopping building beside the hotel with major brands like Uniglo, Muji and other local Japan brands. There are many many restaurants nearby E.G. Hihi Town. The best thing is there is a Airport Limousine directly at the hotel lobby. We paid $1500 yen per pax. Hence, it is very convenient to get you to the airport especially if your flight is in the morning. You don't need to waste time travelling and lugging your luggage to take Subway or jr. The room is spacious in Japan standard.

Although the hotel is near to shopping amenities and subway. You need to take subway or jr to the prime Dontoburi/ Namba/ Shinshibashi area. It is just a few station away. Hence, for those who like to stay close to the prime area, Sheraton may not be ideal. To us, we felt that it is ok since there are also alot of amenities nearby. remember to request for new rooms as rooms in the old wing is not as pleasant as the newly renovated ones.

обычный отель, ничего особенного Единственный большой плюс отеля - это расположение: рядом транспорт (метро, JR), торговые цетры, множество ресторанчиков.

1. Непонятное время работы ресторана "топ миако" на верхнем этаже. Пришли на завтрак, но нам отказали в завтраке, сославшись на режим работы. 2. Средненькое знание английского языка сотрудников. 3. Мало ТВ программ, нет ни одного русскоязычного канала. 4. Не работал кондиционер.

観光に利用でしたので、行きたい場所、食べたい物、観たいもの等を伝えたら移動にかかる時間などを説明しな- がらアドバイスを頂け、楽しく大阪観光が出来ました。路線マップやパンフレットを頂き助かりました。

天井の汚れなど若干お部屋に古さを感じました。
