喜来登酒店  

The obvious best point of this hotel is the location! The rooms have a great city view, and the hotel has a train station directly beneath it - we could easily catch trains to the Osaka Castle, Tennoji Zoo, and Universal Studios, all of which I highly recommend! It also has a department store connected to it, a fantastic pattisserie right next to the hotel doors, and a family-mart {open 24 hours}....the pattisserie and family mart are the best choice for breakfast and snacks, etc, as the hotel`s restaurant is expensive! There is also a mall just out side of the hotel, with great restaurants at the top, and a supermarket at the basement, and a little street with burger restaurants, Mister Donuts, Baskin`n`robbins, etc....also a Lawson`s to collect Universal Studio tickets at with ease! The hotel is very quiet, and offers easy and cheap parking!

This Sheraton is really an older Japanese chain hotel, called the Miyako, so is not of the usual flawless Sheraton standards. We have stayed at the Sheraton Tokyo Bay, which is much more modern and stylish and children friendly. We particularly were dissapointed that children under 12 can not use the indoor pool. The staff are not as friendly as Tokyo Sheraton staff either - they are just very quiet - don`t really take that extra step to please.

The room was large compared to other hotels - perfect for three people. The 2:00pm Check-In was convenient. The late Check-out option was fabulous - thank you. Having an English Newspaper delivered each morning was appreciated. The location was great and having the Airport Limousine bus at the door saved us a lot of hassle.

Security - we were surprised the hotel didn't have security measures to stop just anybody from accessing the floors. Other hotels we've been to had a room card reader in the lift.

The rooms were old. There is not enough amenities in the room

観光に利用でしたので、行きたい場所、食べたい物、観たいもの等を伝えたら移動にかかる時間などを説明しな- がらアドバイスを頂け、楽しく大阪観光が出来ました。路線マップやパンフレットを頂き助かりました。

天井の汚れなど若干お部屋に古さを感じました。

駅に近く買い物便利

鶴橋まで徒歩5〜10分、焼肉めぐりには良いロケーションでした。

ラストオーダー直前にバーに入ったが、そのときの対応があまり良くなかった。

location is very good, easy to go to subway staion. all staffs are very kind.

but the air conditioner is old style. i could not control the temperature in the room

駅からすぐのロケーションの良さは暑いさなかの旅だったので大変便利でした。ホテルの方の対応もよかったと- 思いました。
